Studio with kitchenette, 1 King bed and separate pull-out sleeper sofa.5 star peaceful luxury without any obnoxious casino is Only THE BEST. Across street from Wynn Casino-Hotel and Fashion Show Mall (Nordstrom, Macy's, Topshop, Sak's, Neiman Marcus)

You'll have full access to the pool, hot tub and 24 hour gym. Unlike all other properties and even Most other rooms in this same building, there are no additional surprise resort fees at check-in. You will Not have to sit through any timeshare presentation, because I already did. =)Interaction with guests

The Trump International™ is a non-gaming property. This North strip facing view of Stratosphere (tallest structure this side of the Mississppi River), the new Fountainbleau & Westgate Resort (where Elvis lived) has a cross-country train which passes and sometimes train whistles can be heard in the middle of the night.Amenities

Report any issues to the host first and immediately in writing by text within 24 hours of check-in, and give us an opportunity to resolve it first. You can't reasonably hold us responsible for something that you did not inform us of and give us a chance to correct. If you have any questions, comments or concerns during your stay, text and call Host immediately and repeatedly 24 hours/day.
Do Not charge anything to the room. Each charge to the room is a rule violation. Each unpaid room charge is also another separate rule violation.
If you have ever been or are also a host or in the process of creating a listing, you're not allowed to book this.
You are required to have already fully read, understand, and agree to all listing details and messages sent to you, and affirmatively confirm such. Nat’s place was amazing. Check in and communication were seamless and fast. The room was wonderfully accommodating with a great view of downtown Las Vegas. I would recommend this listing to anyone.
Exactly as described. Walkable to strip. Had issue with room key not working one night and K showed up within the 1/2 hour. Sofa bed uncomfortable but main bed was very comfortable - great for a couple.

Great place. The bathroom was amazing! Jet tub was wonderful with 3 different jet speeds. It was like having our own personal hot tub in the room. Also huge walk in shower.

Nat was awesome and very quick to respond! This place is in the Trump hotel and it’s so easy to check in and check out. It is right in the middle of everything! We had a nice time.
Great room with big bathtub . Few steps from Strip. 5 star hotel with Free shuttle to hotel wynn and ceasars palace and free vallet (you pay the tips). Great comunication with host and co-host.

If you don't mind staying in Trump tower, this is an excellent room for a reasonable price. The check-in process was rather convoluted but the host is very responsive.
