An apartment you can call your own personal getaway. Enter our residential building from inside The Cosmopolitan Casino in the heart of the Las Vegas strip.. a tasteful, beautiful feeling, hotspot location with tons of amenities.

The space

Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located right in the center of the Las Vegas strip!

Sleeps 9 total. One King size bed in master bedroom, plus an additional chair/extra long ottoman set long enough for a small adult or child to sleep on flat, a Queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom, a double pull-out couch in the living room which can sleep 2 adults, plus two smaller pull-out loveseat-couches which also unfold and sleep 1 large adult each.

Full apartment with living room, dining area, kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and your own washer/dryer right in the unit.

This apartment is not in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. It is attached to the Cosmopolitan Casino complex by elevator. An apartment with this many bedrooms in the Hotel (if it even existed) would cost thousands per night.

Guest access

Access to this property’s and Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino amenities: 2 pools, including Cosmopolitan Hotel Chelsea Pool, 24 hour gym, the only 24 hour hot tub on the tourist part of the strip, BBQ grills, Valet, parking included in the Cosmopolitan garage (do not park in reserved area).

Can provide guest list contacts to night clubs, information about restaurants/night clubs and VIP bottle service.

Interaction with guests

We will help you check-in; otherwise, unless there are problems, we will leave you alone to enjoy the apartment.

Other things to note

There is no view of anything, except the Cosmopolitan Hotel's wall. It is inside a well lived in OLDER, DATED building, apartment and decor built in the 1970's which was Frank Sinatra's home in The September Of His Years, while he was the in-residence performer every night at Caesars' Palace across the street. In any other city I wouldn't even bring this up because a building built in the 1970's would be considered new, especially if you're from the east coast. But in Vegas this is considered dated, especially in comparison to all the extravagant and new luxury casinos attached to and neighboring it.

This is Not a LUXURY property. If that is important to you, do not book this.

Amenities availability and reduction are weather, government, health, building, safety, occupancy and fire codes, statutes, rules, orders, bylaws and laws permitting.

Cosmopolitan Chelsea pool access is Not guaranteed and based on availability and occupancy restrictions. However, you should almost certainly be able to get in if you add your names to the list and make your reservation with Jockey Club front desk immediately upon arrival in Las Vegas. Also due to some of the few other last remaining temporary Covid and health department maximum occupancy social distancing restrictions, you will no longer be able to use Cosmopolitan gym, Jockey Club sauna and Jockey Club indoor hottub. You will definitely be able to use the 24 hours/day Jockey Club pool and gym located at the building you’re staying.

This place is really nice, comfortable, and has everything from a child's high chair to office supplies in the master bedroom. The location is fantastic as well. It's connected to The Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino. Walk out the main entrance and to the right and you're steps from the strip. Nathan was very accommodating. If you needed anything, he's on top of it. When I return to Vegas I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Nathaniel's condo in the Jockey Suites for 5 nights. We were a group of 6women in our 30s/40s. Communication with Nathaniel was always done in a timely manner, and he was very accommodating and informative. He was out of town when we arrived, so he advised me beforehand that his business associate would be meeting us in the Cosmo to bring us to the condo. Meeting him and the walk to the Jockey Club was very easy. Location with access to the Cosmo amenities and pool was perfect! Wow! What a great place. We did not feel cramped as 6 women, with two bedrooms and three pullout beds in the living room. Kitchen is fully stocked, lots of towels for all of us to shower, and mirrors everywhere which helped us all get ready at the same time. We loved having access to the Cosmo pool, this is a huge perk! I would not hesitate to stay in this exact unit again or another one of Nathaniel's units, and our group of ladies is already starting to talk about next year!

Apartment was as described, host arranged for someone to meet us for check in and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to get in and out of Cosmo given this is a private condo in a residential building attached to the hotel. Be warned there's no outdoor views of the strip from this apartment but no big deal. You have access to a pool/sauna/hot tub and gym which we definitely took advantage of and loved! I would highly recommend this apartment especially if you want a large 2 BR 2 BA to host a larger group and stay all together. We managed to fit 8 max pretty comfortably. Host is professional, good communication and extremely accommodating, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were able to check in very easily. Nathan has been very prompt in responding every query and texts. Its a beautiful condo with ample place for our party of 8. We liked the access to the open space in the common area and the sauna specially. The access to swimming pool and gym are great value addition as they are not crowded but very neatly maintained. We loved this condo for its location since we can step out and just be in the heart of the south strip like Bellagio fountain / Paris access. Also, we can access to Cosmopolitan shops through the second elevator. My wife loved the kitchen as it has everything from bakeware to rice cooker, even multiple choice of chop sticks. Appreciate the effort of the host to keep our week long stay comfortable with supplies like extra linen, extra pillows, even office supplies including the printer. We will definitely stay here whenever we are back to Vegas.

We had a family vacation for 6 adults and 2 kids there, and it was really suitable for us. The place is located on the strip with easy access to the Bellagio and inside access to the Cosmopolitan. We arrived midnight but Tony was there to receive us, and did a great job of making us comfortable. Thank you.

This listing is a bargain! It is connected to the Cosmopolitan and is right in the heart of Vegas. My boyfriend and I and two other friends stayed there for a weekend and had a blast. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The bedrooms have blackout curtains to help with your hangovers. It was clean, quiet and safe. The full kitchen and living room were a huge plus. I will definitely book it again for my future Vegas trips.

The suite was amazing and a short walk to the Cosmo! It really is as if your in the Cosmo. All the sofas and love chairs had pull out beds! Master bedroom was a great size!

Check in was super easy, and it was nice to be able to get to and from parking without having to walk through the casino. The place itself was larger than I expected, and had a very good stock of kitchen supplies. Will look for this place again next time I am in Las Vegas.

We had a wonderful experience while staying at the jockey club. Nathaniel was more than accommodating by letting us check in far before the desired slot and provided us with a contact while we stayed. The room was clean and provided everything we needed and the location was perfect.

Place was very nice and clean, very comfortable to stay in!! Location was amazing very close to everything, literally a 4 min walk to the Bellagio as well as a elevator ride to the Cosmo.. Only major issue was that there is no view... You can't even tell if it is sunny or gloomy due to another building being right infront of the windows!!

We recently spent 2 nights at Nat's 2 bedroom apartment on the Vegas strip. It is in the BEST location, with easy access via the Cosmopolitan Hotel which is arguably one of the newer and more popular places to have fun. As well, we had full use of the hotel's amenities too. We loved the main pool there and the rest of the hotel's restaurants and bars do not disappoint. We also thoroughly enjoyed having close access to neighbouring casinos/hotels, The Bellagio and Aria. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It definitely looks nicer and more spacious than what the pics show. We travelled as a group of 4 and the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were well-sized and clean. Tony, who met us on behalf of Nat, was a great host with a wonderful personality. He is knowledgeable of Vegas and ready to help out in any way you like. Thanks for helping us to have a wonderful time!! Cheers Victoria

Nat's two bedroom center strip condo is actually better than it looks in the pictures. The condo is very clean, has a brand new feel, and very spacious. The most awesome part is that it is connected to the Cosmopolitan, where it is free to use a couple of the pools there, and it is located in the heart of everything. Thank you so much for making our weekend so perfect. We will be back and definitely book this condo again!

The place was even roomier than pictured! It was really great to have a full bathroom for each bedroom and we got to use the kitchen for some homemade breakfasts :) the place was very clean and really convenient with access through the Cosmo. I'd definitely stay here again!

We booked this place to stay for a couple of nights with my family of 6 with a baby. The place is right in the middle of the strip, has access to Cosmopoliton directly. You could enter parking through Cosmo or the tiny lane next to Bellagio. Firstly we had a very late night checkin, and Tony (who helps Nat) was cheerful & accommodative and helped us checkin past midnight, made sure our towels etc. were all in place. With a baby, we needed a full kitchen and everything worked just fine. All the furniture was very comfortable, sheets, towels were clean. We ran into a minor plumbing issue, but was promptly resolved with host's help who followed up again to make sure we everything was fine. Kudos on that. Thanks for the superb hospitality Nat.

We had an amazing stay, it was better than expected. We were greeted my tony who showed us to our room and set us up. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Cosmopolitan and you are also able to use all there facilities which was a plus! Wifi was great There was also free popcorn, tea and coffee 24/7 in reception down stairs which we were not shy of! Who doesn't like freebies! The apartment was really clean Over all I'm really glad we stayed here, I would definitely recommend staying here. It's great value with the perfect location

Nat was very welcoming and responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed (towels, iron, etc...) This condo was perfect for my Bachelorette party (1 king bed that can sleep 3, 1 queen bed that can sleep 2, pull-out sofas that can sleep 4, 2 full baths, and a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer). I would definitely stay here again, especially since it is connected to the Cosmo and there is parking! I am so glad I found this, it was perfect! The mirrors everywhere also helped accommodate everybody getting ready =)

Perfect place to stay in Las Vegas for a group!. Big area, comfortable beds, very clean, lots of amenities, exactly as it is described. It is literally in the middle of the strip so you will have access to everything that Las Vegas has to offer. This suite was so great! Best location on the strip. Attached to the Cosmo and you can use their amenities too! Everything inside looks exactly like the images online. Modern set-up, nice furniture and bedding, and fully equipped kitchen! It was the perfect suite. They responded in a timely manner as well. I would highly recommend this suite and would definitely stay here again next year!

The listing description was accurate and the location was great!!!. The condo itself is much better than in the pictures. Nat gave detailed steps to follow for check-in and there were no issues checking in or check out. Travelling with family this is much better options than booking a hotel room. Nat's place couldn't have been better. It actually felt like being at a home instead of a hotel. We had 4 girls staying and had plenty of room to spread out and the fact that there were 2 bathrooms was even better. The condo looks just like the pictures and we were all very impressed. We really liked going to the pool at the Cosmo, it was very convenient. Nat was very accommodating as far as check in and check out. We had a small problem with the washer/dryer and Nat responded with 10 mins and walked me through it. Great host, great place and great location. We will definitely stay again.

Great place, great location. Nat and his staff are standout when it comes to prompt responses to questions. When we were there the reference point to find the elevators you need to get to the building where the apartment is was a bar whose name I can't recall. It looks like it's being torn out and replaced. So just ask someone that works in the casino--we could find them by looking for a 60s Batman slot machine next to the elevator bank. I would definitely stay again.

Overall our experience in Nat's apartment was good. The location is excellent as you are attached directly to the Cosmopolitan Casino which is the nicest and may be the most expensive hotel in Vegas. At least it seems that way. During our stay we had access to 3 pools, which was great. In regards to the actual apartment, for the most part it was very nice. The only hiccup we had was that the washer and dryer does not work at all. My husband and I went swimming and wanted our clothes in the washer, which led to water all over the kitchen and dining room floor. We ended up having to use every single towel that Nat had in the apartment to clean up the water. Thank God the apartment had plenty of towels and many other good necessities. The owner did contact us back to try to resolve the issue, but due to time constraints on their part, Nat was not able to absolved the issue while we were there. Overall I do recommend this apartment for people that wish to travel and stay close to the strip. There was complimentary parking which was excellent and you could not beat the location. The staff was very nice as well.

The listing was accurate the, the apartment was better than I imagined. I had nothing negative to say about my stay, my roommates feel the same way. Wonderful place! Beautiful, clean, and Huge, really big for being right on the strip! Nat made sure everything was perfect! This apartment is gorgeous! The master bedroom is amazing, and the other bedroom is nice and clean! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was super clean and had great appliances. So many pools to choose from, the bamboo pool in the connected hotel is exactly what you want for lounging in Vegas. I would recommend this place 100%, for this price you couldn't get anything near this big or nice!

Oasis! Nat had wonderful instructions for his apartment. The contact before hand was specific and timely. The way he handles check in is with great information and specifics so you are successful. This could be overwhelming but with Nat's instructions you are well oriented. We are so happy we stayed at the apartment. It is clean, comfortable and has lots of space for your friends. This apartment was a great respite from the hectic Las Vegas experience and added to the magic of our son's destination wedding. I would rent it again.

Nat and Mark are great at communication up to and throughout your stay. I felt so comfortable in their accommodations, everything I could need was there clean, neat, and organized. The suite was spacious and conveniently attached to the Cosmopolitan. There is also complementary coffee and popcorn in the lobby! Will definitely be in touch for future trips.

Fantastic! It was very great to find such a wonderful place to stay at the reasonable price in Las Vegas. This unit was more like a double suite room than an apartment. Everything was even better than the pictures. You can access this unit through either the Cosmopolitan Hotel which is located at the center of Las Vegas or its own entrance without experiencing stuffy air in the hotel casino, which was great for my son. There were plenty of towels and other amenities you can use, even printer (still you need to bring your own lap top) in the apartment. Also, there are two computers on the first floor that you can print out your boarding pass for free. This unit was bigger than I had thought; Rooms and the beds(one king and one queen) were very comfortable and large enough to accommodate 4 adults. Living room was large enough to use it as a playground for my little son. However, I am not pretty confident that more than 4 people are able to sleep in the unit comfortably even though there are pull out beds for more people as described. In short, this apartment would be a perfect option if you are traveling with your family or friends (especially the group including baby or children) and want to stay at the center of Las Vegas but to avoid noise from the outside.

Nat and Gray are great at communication up to and throughout our stay, from the directions for checking in to the departure reminder the day before we were to leave. Their accommodations had everything one could need (including 10 beers in the fridge leftover from a previous tenant) it was clean, neat, and organized. The suite was spacious and conveniently attached to the Cosmopolitan. The staff at the Jockey Club were very helpful and accommodating. We'll definitely be staying there next time we're in Vegas!!

Communication and check in was easy. We arrived after midnight and easily received our keys from security. Everyone we encountered in the building was pleasant. The place was great. Plenty of room with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 pull outs. Much better for 4 guys than a single hotel room. Access to the Cosmopolitan was easy as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great! Nat's place is beautiful and has every amenity you could ever need while staying in Vegas. We had 4 in our group and the rooms were great sizes. The master is huge! And just a short walk and a couple elevator rides away and you were in the casino. Perfect for my grandparents who couldn't walk much. We never met Nat but honestly there was not reason. We picked our keys up and was taken to our room by security and everything was very smooth from there. The only thing I could complain about a tiny bit is the washer/dryer combo... It takes about 4ish hours to do a load completely but then again we were just happy to have laundry in our room so I guess I can't really complain! We can't recommend this place enough! We will definitely stay here if we ever return to Vegas in the future! Thanks so much Nat!

Couldn't have celebrated my 30th birthday anywhere else. My 7 guests and I spent 4 days and 3 nights at this beautiful apartment. Nat kept in contact with me the entire time we were there, making sure we had everything we needed, gave us great suggestions on anything we asked and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. So amazing! The apartment gives you perfect access to the cosmopolitan hotel which has great restaurants, bars, a great day and night club called Marquee. Walgreens and even more restaurants was right across the street. I loved that if you use the jockey club entrance and exit you were right on the strip. which let me tell you was a life saver. I would definitely book my next trip with Nat again and will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

One of the best deals you will find on te strip if you are staying in a group. 8 people stayed in Nats apartment for 4 nights for my 30th. The place had a comfy king bed, queen bed and three pull out couches that were comfy too! The Jockey club is very nice, and is attached to The Cosmopolitan. It didn't take long to get to the Cosmo casino and stores. The location is very central on the strip to everything. The place was better than expected! I appreciated the use of a full kitchen for breakfasts, and laundry facilities. Nat provided great communication leading up to our stay, and sent a message during our trip to check if we needed anything extra. He also helped arrange airport transport from his assistants. A++, highly reccomend this place!

I loved being able to spread out but this place is way better suited for a group. It is located with easy access to the Cosmopolitan and the rest of the Strip. Nat was great to work with, she provided really clear instructions on check in and reached out to make sure everything was going well and see if there was anything I needed. We rented 2 units from Nat for a weekend in Las Vegas for 6 of us to attend the Mariah Carey show.. From booking to check-out, Nat was nothing but helpful and accommodating.. Communication was lightning fast.. This 2 bedroom unit was everything we could ask for.. Granted, we weren't really in the unit for more than sleeping and getting ready to head out.. the second bathroom was great for allowing 2 girls to get ready at the same time.. lol.. It was extremely spacious.. We never felt like we couldn't comfortably get around each other (even when the third couple came to hang out before heading to their 1 bedroom unit).. The kitchen had everything you could need if you wanted to stay in and prepare your meals.. Our group pretty much just used the shot glasses ;) While this unit doesn't have much in terms of a view (just a flat grey wall of the next building), just take the elevator down 8 floors, and you're poolside.. another 1 floor elevator ride down and you're inside the Cosmopolitan casino.. a 45 second walk east, and you're on the strip or a 15 second walk west and you're in the taxi line taking you wherever you wanted.. Checking in was a breeze.. the security office was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the process.. i got there a tad earlier than check-in (3pm) but the guys still helped me out.. just showed my identification and they pulled out their large binder, filled out the names of the guests, returned at 4pm and was handed the keys to each room.. i did have an issue with one of the room keys not working during the weekend, but another security officer was able to help quickly.. for the location alone, i would not hesitate to stay at Nat's place again.. you won't find a better value for such a large place.. but, again, it's all about the location!

The BEST! Location! Location! Location! I can't say that more! You're nestled right between the Cosmopolitan and the Bellagio in a smaller more hidden building. That means you're in walking distance to the center of the strip! We were a family of 4 + 2 and stayed more comfortably than other hotels for more. The best thing is having more amenities than other hotels as well as not needing to walk a long distance from the parking structure through the casino in order to get to your room. Nat's communication was quick and was ready to help in a moment's notice. Pools at the Cosmopolitan was amazing as well as a nice covered pool belonging to the jockey club was good too. Nice shade there. If you've read other positive reviews, I second them and add mine. Thanks for letting us stay at such a great location!

We were a large group of 3 adults two teenagers and two younger kids. Three of the kids have a genetic disorder that requires a special diet and eating in restaurants is very difficult. The fountain show is something that I will stop by to watch each day when I walked back from my conference. The condo is a short walk from the casino area, a nice break from the noise and lights. This is a quiet apartment in a residential building connected to (but not part of) The Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino. There is easy access to The Cosmo and the bridge over to the Miracle Miles Shops. For Uber/taxi rides, though, we often found it easier for the drivers to meet us at The Cosmo than the Jockey Club main entrance as the entrance is not easy for them to access from the main roads. It comfortably accommodated our group of 8 adults. There was enough room that it did not feel crowded even with a large group. I love the ample closet spaces with stacks of clean towels. The kitchen is also well equipped with a microwave, stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. Excellent free wifi connection. No view at all but the slab of concrete of the next building. However, it is a perfectly quiet space to get away from the bustle of the crowds and casinos. Nat is a great host who is easy to communicate with and attentive to his guests. His instructions for the apartment are thorough yet easy to follow. It would be a pleasure to rent from him again.

Quiet condo with easy access to the strip. The connection to the Cosmopolitan pool is great. Nat was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. A great spot to rest up from an evening out, or hang out at the pool all day. No view from the condo, but comfortable for hanging out with friends.

This place is perfectly located, provides you with the benefits of the Cosmo (like the wonderful pool, great location, etc.), and provides you with better and more comfortable accommodations (quiet, soft bed, full kitchen, etc.). Excellent location. You just cannot go wrong: between Bellagio and Cosmopolitan, across from Paris. Perfect. Now, you won't see any of that from your room (which is in great shape, although you'll feel transported to 1983 somehow). I would definitely recommend it.

Our girls' birthday celeb was everything we'd needed and more! From prior to booking inquiries to days after we checked out, Nat was accessible, responsive and forthcoming with all details. He provided clear and accurate instructions for checking in and navigating Cosmo in relation to our suite. Keep the directions handy! It's convenient but can be confusing without them. The suite has AC which felt like heaven in the August heat. We didn't hear anything from neighbors. It's definitely an apartment, not hotel in that respect. There was nothing we "wish we had...". We spent a lot of time at the pool of course and it too was everything we needed. Bar, food, loungers, pool. Location could not have been better--literally in the middle of everything. Lyfts and Ubers had no problem finding us at the Polo valet. Nat was the best part however, and is our favorite Airbnb host so far!

Nat's condo was perfectly situation in the heart of the strip. Nothing was too far and even if it was there was a bus stop conveniently placed at the entrance of the Cosmopolitan. And although the condo was in the middle of all the buzz on the strip it was still surprisingly private. Not to mention how awesome it was to have access to a few neat Cosmopolitan hotel amenities. The condo was very clean and had absolutely everything a guest may need. From hair dryers, to an iron and an ironing board, plenty of towels, dishes, utensils, plenty of extra pillows and sheets, etc. This was our first stay at an AirBnb location and it was amazing! What made the stay even better was how cooperative and communicative Nat was with us. Will probably always be staying here during our trips back to Vegas!

If you're looking for a clean, no-frills place in a fantastic location for a good price, this is perfect. Nat and I had some communication issues early on, but all in all it was a great experience. I've been to Las Vegas a handful of times and this place seems like the best value on the strip. The Jockey Club is not extravagant, especially by Vegas standards, but the unit was clean and had everything we needed. It easily accommodates a large group if you're going for a bachelor/bachelorette party. Having a full refrigerator was extremely convenient. You can get to the Starbucks in the Cosmo or the Walgreens across the street from door to door in under 5 min, both of which were lifesavers for our group.

Everything was perfect for our two day/two night trip to vegas at Nat's place. I could not have asked for a better host. He was super attentive to every text message I sent and the place had everything we could ask for in a place. Plenty of kitchen tools and plenty of bedding and towels. We were able to enjoy the pool at the cosmo and also the spa and casino. The spa is a wonderful treat on your way out of vegas we spent the whole day there relaxing for $45! you can't beat that price.. We had a wonderful time and will be back to at least this property if not one of Nat's other properties. Loved it!

Nat was great and so was our stay. Located directly behind the cosmo, you even can take an elevator inside the Cosmo to the condo. Great to have access to the Cosmo pool as well. The condo has plenty of mirrors (great for 6 women getting ready) and also PLENTY of towels. I've stated in airbnbs before and they only have 4-5 towels sounds like a funny plus but once again with 6 women, multiple towels are needed. Unfortunately we were in Vegas during the terrible shooting and to stay safe stayed off the strip in a hotel for a night. Nat was so great to offer us a free night on our next stay. Overall we will definitely be back.

The location was perfect. It has a CVS across the street. Right in the middle of the strip. The amount of space was good for 5 of us to each have our own bed. The only downsides are super minor, but I want to make an honest review. The room is a bit older, and the sofa beds are a bit uncomfortable. So we actually put the couch cushions on top of the sofa bed to have a nice sleep. Despite that, the room was great and I would definitely book again the next time i am in Vegas. Nat was wonderful and took very good care of us. I even had an issue that the cleaner missed. Nat was quick to rectify something that I thought was minor, but Nat definitely wanted to make sure everything was perfect. And perfect it was.

It's about a ~8-10 min walk from Jockey to the Cosmo, as they're not directly connected. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Vegas. Nat's place is exactly as advertised. I went with seven girls total and the two bedroom two bath was absolutely perfect. It was great to have a common area to use when we were just chilling between activities. The mirrors were the ABSOLUTE best. With seven girls it's difficult to get ready all at the same time but the abundance of mirrors were the highlight of the place for us. Lots of towels on hand too, which was great. Check-in was super easy. The Security guard was a fantastic human being and he answered any questions we had. The mini mart downstairs was a plus. They had a few essential we needed. Everything else we got at CVS which was pretty close. I will say that if you use UBER or Lyft, they get super lazy and wont pick you up at the Jockey Club entrance. So if you use one of those services to leave you should use the Cosmopolitan Hotel. There isn't a view with the room but honestly we didn't even look out the window. If you're spending time looking out the window then you're not experiencing Vegas at it's best! Overall it was a great experience and will definitely use this Airbnb if I come with a big group again.

Phenomenal space and location. It is right on the strip next to so many prominent attractions. I couldn’t have asked for more. We were looking for a space that would be good enough to host a group of 9 girls for a bachelorette event. The main objective was that each person had a bed to sleep on without being crammed or relocated to sleep on the floor. This place has a generous number of places to sleep. The space is just right for us. There was a kitchen, refrigerator and microwave. My only issue was that we would not find garbage bags or toilet paper. But that was rectified easily by contacting the host. We had supplies delivered in a timely fashion. Overall, I highly recommend this. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Vegas.

Nat went the extra mile on getting the property we wanted. It is right in the center of everything and there are lots of shops within walking distance. The place was clean, spacious and had enough beds/foldout beds to accommodate all of us. Checking in was simple. As far as getting to the room, it is a bit of a maze. The main pool was closed due to construction which made it a little bit confusing to get to the elevator. But workers there were willing to help guide us. It wasn't too hard afterward. Free parking was also great since most casinos started charging. Nat's a really great host and I hope to stay at one of Nat's properties again next time I'm in Vegas or NY.

Nat's place is just as advertised. We had a group of 8 and we were able to fit comfortably. The pictures are very accurate; its a spacious 2BR 2bath condo on the strip. As advertised in the listing, if you're looking for a place with a view, then this is not the place for you. But if you're looking for a comfortably sized 2 BR suite that is in a prime location on the strip, then this is the place for you. Nat was also extremely quick in responding to any of our questions/concerns. It would be hard to imagine better value for your dollar if you're looking for a place that can accommodate a larger group on the strip.

Nat’s place was perfect for our bachelorette getaway. She had plenty of towels and the living room mirror walls were a blessing for 6 women getting ready everyday! The security was courteous and helpful. When we had a hiccup with check in Nat responded immediately and followed up to make sure we had no other issues. Vegas may sometimes be a gamble, but that is not the case with this location. Stay here and you have hit the jackpot. Located by the Cosmopolitan, you are situated in the heart of the strip. Something I dislike when I've stayed at casinos is all the walking required to get to your room, which I'm sure is planned by the casino in hopes you'll stop to play a slot machine. This is not the case with this location. We located the Jockey Club elevators in the parking garage and parked nearby. All that was left was to get in the elevator, pass the pool, then to one more elevator to our room. (If that sounds like a few steps are involved, trust me - this is super simple!) Nat's place is just like in the pictures. In town for a conference, my co-worker and I had plenty of space in the two bedroom condo. The tv area, dining table, and kitchen were also perfectly sized, though we weren't in our room enough to use the tv, dining table, or kitchen. We had plenty of towels, bath items (shampoo, conditioner, soap) were provided, linens on the freshly made beds, an ironing rack and iron, and clothes hangers. The Jockey Club offers a shuttle to "Old Vegas" on Wednesday's (check the calendar when checking in), bingo, and other fun events to do if you want something off the strip. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Nat. I had quick responses and very detailed information to help me with my stay. I would definitely stay in this location again. Great location, nice unit, everything you need, easy parking, and more.

I really love this place! Great location, the apartment is clean, everything you need are in the house, the staff in the building are super helpful and friendly. They even offer you free popcorn, free movies and free board games. Nat is also very responsive and patient. He’s instructions are helpful enough for you to understand everything. Accessible from the Cosmo casino floor, the location can’t be beat. One huge master bedroom plus a second and three pullout couches. Checkin is a breeze. Also has the only 24 hour (heated) pool and hottub on the strip that I’m aware of. We loved coming back late and being able to get in the hottub!

You cannot beat this location. Having an airbnb connected directly to the strip and the Cosmopolitan casino is unbelievable. Very accurate description - it's not a luxury place but clean, quiet, and very easy to use. It was easy to check-in and the staff at the building were extremely nice and pleasant. All the instructions were perfect. Everything worked as advertised.

Went to Vegas with a group of 9 friends and this place was perfect. We were able to all stay together and the location was incredibly convenient on the strip but much more affordable than a suite or multiple hotel rooms. The condo itself is not particularly fancy but it has everything you need, plenty of plates/glasses, sheets/pillows/towels etc. Would definitely recommend.

The location of the Jockey Club is ideal - right in the center of the strip. An older building (70's). without a "casino" lobby. It is like staying in a hotel for the most part (without a daily cleaning service) . The unit is spacious, but could benefit from some maintenance - starting to look tired. Mater bed mattress dips into the center, second bedroom was comfortable. Was nice having 2 bathrooms for two couples. There was a glitch at check-in when we tried to check-in after the 5:00 check-in time - security indicated they just received the request for keys, so didn't have them ready. They did however let us into the unit. Unrelated to the unit, I did experience an issue with the Jockey Club concierge service for booking a helicopter tour of the canyon. I booked tickets through the Jockey Club and got the printed tickets/vouchers confirming the trip. Waited at the Bellagio for pick-up and waited there for close to an hour. Called the number on the tickets (vegas.com) and they indicated they told the Jockey Club that there wasn't room. Went back to the Jockey Club and the agent on duty (Linda) said the guy (her manager) that booked the tickets had to sort it out. It would appear they work on commission. After spending another hour and a half, it finally got sorted out and their story was that vegas.com lost the booking and without so much as an apology. Steer clear of the ticket sales in the Jockey Club lobby!!!

We were a party of 9 traveling to Vegas for a bachelorette party, and this was a very affordable and convenient option for all of us to stay in one place together. Having a full kitchen and the ability to do laundry was amazing! We were located right off the strip within walking distance of pretty much everything. Being right next to the Bellagio was great as we had ample opportunities to see the fountain show. The staff at the jockey club were friendly and helpful, and we had no issues finding our way around and quickly located the corridor the to cosmopolitan. We were provided with ample towels, extra pillows and blankets for everyone. There we also several fans to use as well as ac, and while the view is a wall we enjoyed the large openable windows to let some fresh air in. With 9 girls, 2 full bathrooms was essential, and the large walk in closet provided additional changing space. There are 2 TVs, as well as a desk with a mouse and printer for those traveling with a computer. Overall our group really enjoyed their stay, and would recommend for anyone traveling with a group looking for an affordable and convenient option with all amenities you would need.

We thought it also had a good pickup area for Taxi, Uber or Lyft, as long as you specified to them before hand that you are at The Jockey Club, that way they can find you more easily.

Nat’s 2 BR Condo is the ideal location in the heart of the strip. The pull out couches in the living space provided the extra sleeping accommodations for four of the eight in our party. The Condo was spotless when we arrived and so too were the abundant linen that he provided. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home. The bathrooms were both equipped with toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner et al that one would need but may not bring while on vacation. Nat definitely makes his condo into your home away from home. I therefore recommend Nat’s 2BR Condo in the Jockey Club as the ideal place to stay in Las Vegas.

Central location on the strip. Direct access to Cosmopolitan and very close to Bellagio, Caesar’s, Planet Hollywood...to name a few. Walkable to Walgreens and CVS if you need to just get anything. The room had a view to Bellagio fountains that was cherry on the top. Apartment itself was clean, had nice hot running water for showers, additional bedding if you need...definitely recommend staying in it. Nat was also very responsive as well as the detailed instructions he provided were very helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again if I am in Vegas.

If you’re looking to party on the strip, this location is literally unbeatable!!! You have direct access to The Cosmopolitan and all of its amenities. Directly across the street is Miracle Mile, and the Bellagio is right next door. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean, we had no problem sleeping 7 people (and we still could have brought along 2-3 more.) The interior of the apartment is slightly dated (as stated in the listing, it’s an older building) but still sleek and beautiful. We especially loved the lighting over the dining room table, and the floor to ceiling mirrors in most rooms! Nat herself was very kind and prompt to respond through airbnb messaging. Her check in instructions/directions through the confusing Cosmopolitan Casino made getting to our room a breeze. She messaged me a handful of times throughout our stay just to make sure we were enjoying ourselves & to see if there was anything she could to to make us more comfortable. We will DEFINITELY be staying here in the future!!!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location that was close enough to take in the sights of the strip without needing to be overwhelmed. I’d recommend this place to my parents or siblings with small children who want to be a little removed from the strip, as well as friends who want to be as close to the heart of the action too. The host was fantastic, with frequent messages guiding you through every step of check-in or making sure everything was okay. The place was nice as well, with comfortable beds, a full kitchen, and plenty of space to relax.

The location of this Airbnb automatically makes it a 5-star. It's connected to the Cosmo and right on the strip so it was a perfect home base for my buddy's bachelor party. This was an amazing stay. It was 9 of us and it was accommodating for us. Nat gave us such great instructions in where to park so we are right next to the elevator that that’s us directly to the jockey club. There are 2 extra mattresses there as well which came in handy for the kids. The pool was Open 24 hours and we enjoyed it because it was never crowded in the 3 days we were in there.

We had a few girls visit for a bachelorette party, and everyone was so happy with the LOCATION!!! center strip, without the hassles of major casinos etc… We loved the jockey club valet option, and being able to hang at Cosmo late at night without worries about making it to things on time! The kitchenette was perfect since most hotels don’t offer that… everything was clean and Nat was quick with communication :) As a Vegas local I give this a 5 star review, and will definitely book this again in the future :)

5 stars Its a great location. Great bedding. The description is on the spot. No luxury but very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and the valet parking for $5 is as good as it gets. We used to live in vegas so we only needed a place to sleep and Nat’s place served its purpose. The cosmopolitan casino is only a few steps away and the pool looked good. If you are traveling on a budget and have no crazy high unsatisfactory needs….this apartment will do the job. Its Vegas baby! Who cares about the room? . If you need some cons we did not encounter any problems. If you want some suggestions. As stated no views from any windows. If city views are a most.Nat has some other luxury places with views. This was perfect for our pre-marathon and post-marathon needs. We loved having a kitchen and a living room to relax in! Also, LOVED the location! Couldn’t get better than this! Read the description carefully. This is definitely NOT a luxury place, but you are getting location and convenience for the $. All in all? Loved being able to spread out with 3 of 4 of us traveling from different states—it was great to be able to relax before the marathon and after! And then the luxury of being able to not have to walk far to the action…because, after 13.1 miles of running who the heck wants to walk?!?
