These private luxury residential tower condos are connected to the world's largest Resort-Casino complex by 5 minute stroll in climate-controlled indoor moving walkways. They take you to the heart of the Resort-Casino, Grand Garden Arena and restaurant district without ever going outdoors. Tube down their signature lazy river, enjoy the 4 pool complex + 3 other pools behind your building. The complex has 7,043 rooms and 38 eating/drinking venues. That's a dream resort vacation!

The space

950 square feet 1 Bedroom/2 Bathrooms w/ living room and full kitchen + 550 square feet Studio (separate units connected by same foyer/vestibule) with floor-to-high ceiling glass that draws you into the vibrant Las Vegas skyline.

1BR:
Easily sleeps 2 in a King-sized bed, 2 more in a Queen-sized pullout couch(which is firm and supportive for a pullout), plus 3 more total on 3 separate single size foldaway beds.

JR. SUITE:
Easily sleeps 2 in a King-sized bed, 2 more in a Queen-sized pullout couch(which is firm and supportive for a pullout), plus 2 more total on 2 separate single size foldaway beds.

You can't reasonably hold us responsible for something that you did not inform us of and give us a chance to correct. If you have any questions, comments or concerns during your stay, text and call Host immediately and repeatedly 24 hours/day.

If you have ever been or are also a host or in the process of creating a listing, you're not allowed to book this.

You are required to have already fully read, understand, and agree to all listing details and messages sent to you, and affirmatively confirm such. Nat’s place was great for my group of 8 people, since our group entirely consisted of couples. It was a reasonable walk to the strip and the value was far beyond what we would have gotten at a hotel.

The perfect suite especially for a family of 6. Enough room to be together but still have space for privacy. The view was spectacular and having a balcony that was roomy made it great. And dont forget the two jetted tubs! Close walking distance to the strip but far enough away so you can relax. Wonderful spot.

We rented to adjacent condos for 8, the adults thoroughly enjoyed the studio, with the teens in the 1 bedroom. Awesome views, close but not too close to the strip with easy interior access to MGM. Clean, stylish, luxe baths, roomy, reasonably good spare bedding, and terrific customer service from Nat’s in-Vegas assistant. The instructions for entry (parking, directions, keys, how to interact with bldg employees to avoid additional charges, and more) are long and should be carefully read to make access to property work for everyone.

The place is great for groups going to Vegas. Although you are staying in the Signature Towers next to the MGM Grand you can still use the pools at MGM and enter and exit easily through the MGM hotel. Perfect place to have fun but not so loud as other hotels. The view was great! Loved the outside balcony patio! Plenty of room for a large number of guests.

Highly recommended! Great location, huge property, clean, loved the balcony, full kitchen, huge and plentiful bathrooms.. you’re in the thick of things in MGM.. nothing was greater than sitting on the balcony watching the lights from the strip while having some champagne. Will definitely consider on my next Vegas trip

This place is huge! We never felt cramped at all and the beds were comfy. It really is a short walk to the main MGM complex and it is awesome to have access to all the MGM amenities as well as the signature tower amenities. If I host a group in Vegas again I would definitely stay here again.

This was such a lovely place! Anything I needed I got a quick response. We had a big group so we took breakfast food to cook and we had everything we needed to facilitate that. The beds were comfortable and the pillows. It was so clean and we felt right at home. Thank you so much Nat for being a great host

Great host! The space was wonderful and location is perfect. Communication was easy and clear. The residence was super clean and had everything you would need during your stay. I highly recommend staying with Nat!! Will do it again in the future.

Mgm 에서 아주 멋진 체험을 할 수 있는 기회를 쉽게 얻을 수 있는 곳이었다. 11명이 예약했지만 모두 이용하기에는 불편해서 2명은 다른 방을 새로 예약해서 이용했고 쇼파베드가 좀 오래되어 그런지 쿠션이 좋지않아 2박후에 허리가 좀 아팠다. 그러나 이런 불편들을 모두 감수할만큼 풀이나 카지노 이용. 카쇼 관람들. 여러가지 면에서 훌륭한 곳이다. 카쇼는 mgm 그랜드 티켓박스에서 직접 예약하면 숙박객이라서 할인을 많이 해준다. 모노레일 정차역도 있고 여러가지 면에서 편리하다.

The place advertised is, in fact, two conjoined apartments in the tower. Nevertheless, it is greatly located and it has everything you need. A group of 11 people stayed in both apartments and we had a blast! Of traveling with large groups, it check-in process and you'll need $200 as a security deposit. However, I would definitely recommend this place if you​ are going to Las Vegas!

My group of 10 had a wonderful time staying at Nat's place. There was plenty of room for all of us and we loved having a common area & kitchen to hang out in. The rooms were clean and nice & big, and the location on the strip was a short walk or Uber away from places we wanted to go. I would highly recommend!

The negatives: - It's a non-smoking unit but clearly the previous renters were heavy smokers. I appreciate the air fresheners added everywhere though. - Carpet could use a nice shampoo get get rid of the gum and dark spots. - I cut my toe on a piece of broken glass that wasn't cleaned properly so I went to the bathtub to clean it up. I got blood everywhere so I wanted to clean it for my kids, no one wants blood in the tub. Well, the tub in the larger suite drains extremely slow. - Room seems a bit outdated for being 2018. Maybe I'm just spoiled but I like my wall sockets to have USB included or USB on the TV. The positives: - LOCATION is FANTASTIC! Even with the 3 min walk to MGM which my kids loved the moving walkway. And you get access to all of MGM. - AMENITIES offered in the room and by the hotel is AWESOME! Don't bother buying $7 bottled water from the gift shop or $3 water on the street. Just buy a pack and put it in your fridge. We had 3 full bathrooms and 2 rooms. 9 people slept COMFORTABLE and quiet! 1 regular and 1 mini fridge, 2 stove tops. We never fought over bathrooms, noise, showers, beds, or space. 3 TVs! You can't ask for much else. - No noise! You are at the end of the hall, beside the stairs so we had no kind of noise whatsoever! As a matter of fact, I think we may have been the loudest crowd there. - VALUE of this place makes up for all the negatives. - Your own WASHER/DRYER in suite. As long as you know how to open it since the door is broken, and understand that the dry function is 2-3 times longer than usual, and everything most likely will come out wrinkled, it's FANTASTIC. We bought a pack of detergent pods and had fresh towels daily. - 3 separate AC controls, one for each room so everyone could control how cold/hot they liked their space. - Personal service! Have a problem, call Nat and Kevin will handle everything in a timely manner. Forgive me but I think his name was Kevin. Other than the glass on the floor, which was quickly cleaned up, we didn't need to call on anything else. -BEDS ARE COMFORTABLE for being a hotel bed. This is one of the first places I can honestly say I enjoyed staying in bed. For a hotel bed it wasn't overly plush, which is why I hate leaving home. I could actually sleep well in the beds. OVERALL, it's a nice hotel that I think could use a few minor updates and floor cleaning. It's excellent value and fantastic location. Customer service is SUPERB! Suite was perfect for our Bachelorette group of 13. Conveniently located with amenities galore! Host and greeter were quick in responses, kind in all the pre-stay answers and very accommodating in general. Hotel staff was also super friendly! Our party had a fabulous time so thank you!!!

Had a very good access to monorail through moving walkway which made it much easier to go to MGM casino/Monorail. Other amazing part of this stay was that we had access to MGM lazy river which was very nice. Ideal for families who want to enjoy their daytime. Finally its a worth of our money.

Nat’s place is truly amazing and one of the best places to stay. We booked the 2BR Suite room for 4 days for our family. His place is huge especially the bathrooms! Complete amenities, very clean kitchen, comfy beds and they also have a crib if you have a baby. Check in is easy breezy, free valet and easy access to MGM pool areas and monorail. Kevin is also very attentive to our needs. Nat and Kevin are really amazing hosts. I can’t thank them enough for making our family trip very memorable. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Vegas. Superb service! 5 star in all aspect!

The tubs are awesome, especially after all that Vegas walking! We had a conference in the MGM and the walk from this suite was shorter than our walk would've been had we stayed in the main hotel. The balcony has a great view!

This property is in a great spot, very near or quick walk to the vegas strip. The connecting rooms can be used as two separate rooms if needed. The balcony has a beautiful view of the city. It is a perfect spot to stay if visiting with friends or you are taking your family to vegas.

The studio and one bedroom are just as described. Plenty of room for lots of people. Having three bathrooms was an extra bonus when getting ready to go out. The location is just off the strip and very quiet. Also close enough to walk to the strip easily. Would definitely stay again.

If you're looking for a place to book in Las Vegas, this is it! The MGM has everything you need, and it's about a 5 minute walk to the strip. The room is amazing. A small foyer connects the two doors, on one side is a large living space, a kitchen, a huge bedroom and a bathroom with so much space. The bathroom was perfect for all the girls to get ready in, double sinks, a vanity with a stool, a huge jet tub, a walk in shower, and a private room for the toilet. It might have been my favorite part. The other door is one large room, containing a large bathroom, bed, kitchenette and living area. This room is a corner unit, so you don't have people walking by all night, and only one wall sharing your neighbors. The balcony is great and looks over much of Vegas. The Tower has a coffee shop and bodega and it's own private pool. A long hallway connects you to the MGM and it has airport style conveyer belts that help speed up the 5 minute walk to the main hotel. The first thing you hit whenever you walk to the MGM is the pools, so that's perfect. We found it faster to just go directly from our Tower to the strip, rather than walking through the entire MGM casino. The hosts answered all question with great responses and speed. Check-In was very easy, like a normal hotel. Again, I highly recommend this AirBnB and plan to come back.

Nat’s location is perfect and very spacious. It has incredible views and wonderful amenities . I love that you don’t have to walk thru a smoky casino, and the air conditioned walkway to the MGM pool is a great short cut. The lazy river waterfall and pool varieties are phenomenal!

This spot was perfect for our bachelor party of 10. The space is a very clean and spacious 2 room corner spot with plenty of room to sleep 10 comfortably. Having 3 bathrooms is a big bonus and having a full kitchen was very helpful. The best part is the location. Barley a 10 minute walk to the middle of the strip and having access to the MGM pool and casino area was fantastic. Host was very responsive and available to help us at any point. Would highly recommend this pad to anyone coming to town with a large group!

This Airbnb is in one of the MGM towers, which is in an extremely convenient location with easy access to food and things to do. While the pull out couches were reported to be the least comfortable surface, everyone in our 11 person group seemed to enjoy our one night stay. Full access to a fridge and silverware etc was convenient as well.

Very nice condo! We stayed here with a group of 10 persons. It was big enough for us to sleep all very comfortable. I think sleeping here with 10/11 persons is the max (as you don't want 2 adults on the sleeping sofa). Furthermore, Nat is very quick and accurate with his communication. I would definitely recommend this place!

Our family of 7 stayed on Thanksgiving week. There were more than enough beds so that no one had to share. The boys stayed in one room, the girls in another room and grandma and grandpa in the master bedroom. The kitchen was well furnished with dishes, glasses, and silverware. We couldn't have found a better place to rent for our needs.

The place was freaking amazing. Was able to walk to the strip in probably 5-10 minutes. Beds were super comfortable. And for our family of six it was more than enough room. Loved it and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful suite....actually 2. One has a balcony and it can sleep everyone you want to party with. The bathtub was my favorite part because after walking the strip you should soak your muscles. Nat was easily reachable and hospitable.

Great location right off the strip! Easy access to MGM Grand, Excalibur, New York New York, Planet Hollywood, Bellagio, Bally's, and a whole bunch more. Very nice amenities. Super responsive host with clear communication.

My group and I loved staying at Nat’s place! We were super close to the strip and check in and check out was very easy. She was very responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay!
