This private luxury residential tower condo is connected to the world's largest Resort-Casino complex by 5 minute stroll in climate-controlled indoor moving walkways. They take you to the heart of the Resort-Casino, Grand Garden Arena and restaurant district without ever going outdoors. Tube down their signature lazy river, enjoy the 4 pool complex + 3 other pools behind your building. The complex has 7,043 rooms and 38 eating/drinking venues. That's a dream resort vacation!

The space

950 square feet 1 Bedroom/2 Bathrooms with floor-to-high ceiling glass that draws you into the vibrant Las Vegas skyline. Easily sleeps 2 people in a King-sized bed, 2 more in a Queen-sized pullout couch(which is firm and supportive for a pullout), and 3 more in 3 separate single foldaway beds.

Because this is a private condominium and not part of the casino-hotel, if you have any issues, immediately text and call the host directly at the number on the host's profile.

Other things to note

When all beds in open position, there's little room to walk around.

Upon arrival, front desk takes temporary credit card authorization from you which allows you to open an account for incidentals, such as food, drink, pay per view, phone calls, dayclub/nightclub admission and show tickets you may purchase at any of MGM’s resorts in all of Las Vegas and sign to the room. If you do not sign any additional purchases to the room, you will never even see a charge on your monthly statement when it arrives. The temporary authorization they take is $100/night up to $300 maximum.

Furniture may have been added to or moved into different positions.

Very convenient location and easy check in/check out. Also this place is beautiful and clean like 4-5 star hotel with 2 full baths. Having 2 full baths was super nice for us ( a party of 4 ). Lovely apartment with great amenities. Airport view from the balcony, which is spectacular. No typical hotel check-in because it's a private appartment. But it's very easy and the host gives you all the needed information. In case of a question, you get a quick reply.

Perfect location if you would like to be centrally situated on the strip! The condo is part of the Signature at MGM suites, which gives you the feel of staying at a hotel. The kitchen is fully-equipped with appliances and utensils and the restrooms offer more than enough towels along with toiletries. Nat is very responsive and check in was a breeze. I love the option to valet without any additional charges (excluding tip.) I appreciate how clean the place was and surprised at how spacious the master bathroom was, especially for two people getting ready. I will definitely be staying here again if I am ever in the area.

Nat was a very good host and was very quick in responding to all our requests. The place is definitely very luxurious esp the master bedroom and bathroom with the jacuzzi etc. A good place for up to 4 people, anymore is definitely pushing it with the rollaway beds being very basic. The kitchen is quite undersupplied.

We spent New Years Eve here for our daughters 21st bday. The place was amazing, I definitely hope to come back again sometime. We loved the oversized bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Despite being in January we still went to the outside heated pool and hot tub in MGM. What a thrilling time!

The balcony view of the MGM pool, Top Golf, and Mountains were great in the morning and evening. The best thing about staying at the Signature is you are in a quieter hotel but attached to the MGM Grand. We had access to 24/7 fitness centers, multiple pools, monorail, and many restaurants all within a short walk. Plus having two showers made getting ready with a multiple people that much faster. Thanks Nat!

This place was beautiful!! It was everything it claimed to be, you will NOT be disappointed in your stay at Nat's place. Easy to get to, easy to check in/out. The mono-rail is close and make travel up & down The Strip easy, so you don't have to drive anywhere. Truly are great place to stay and visit Vegas!!

This condo is just lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful balcony views! The beds very comfortable, very well stocked with towels, soap, etc. There were four of us and had plenty of space. Check-In is very easy at this place, and it is a relaxing hotel in the middle of the chaos of Vegas. Access to the pools and amenities of MGM (including Top Golf) is awesome, and there is room in the place for those extra rollaway beds to be put it (though they are really only suitable for kids size-wise). Great location! My family loved the pools and lazy river access we had at the MGM. Building 1 so the walk was short. View from the balcony includes not much of the strip but MGM full pool, Top Golf next door and clear view of the airport for watching airplanes coming and going was also something nice. The music from the Wet Republic party pool (separate from the main MGM pool area) is definitely noticeable but doesn’t get started until around 10 AM and seemed to last until about 4 PM when that pool closes. Great communication. Nat would respond nearly immediately to questions and follow ups. Free valet parking and no resort fees was definitely nice.

Nat was wonderful and attentive. Responds quickly to your questions as well as requests. The location is for those who are looking to stay somewhat off the strip for more relaxation and peace. Other than that the pool party (wet republic) will be loud during the day only, but peaceful at night. The place is big enough for a group of 4-5. If you stay in Vegas, I would highly suggest this home. What you see is what you get from the pictures as the home is very clean and the amenities are very nice. You are not too far from anything in Vegas, but, at the same time, it never gets too noisy at night. Nate does a great job communicating and is an overall great host.

My stay here was awesome. I live in Vegas, but wanted to get away from home for some me time to recharge and refresh. This place was perfect. It was everything I was looking for, needed and hoped for. Just make sure to budget accordingly for deposit (up to $200), returnable after check out. I wasn't prepared for it, but it all worked out. Nat’s place is awesome. Right in the middle of everything from shopping strip to the pool complex. The balcony of the room are facing Top Golf and Wet Republic, which is very entertaining when they are open. Be able to use MGM Grand Pool Complex is a x10 plus. We didn’t really care for it when we first booked the place. But the Lazy River turned out to be my most favorite activity in this trip. We will definitely be back to this place again next time we are in Las Vegas.

Nat has a great space right on the strip and in a central area. It is right next to Top Golf and has a balcony that overlooks Wet Republic & the Lazy river. She was extremely responsive and made us feel welcome from the start. Her place is clean and we found it very helpful to have the extra roll away beds and 2 full bathrooms making it easy for 6 girls to sleep and get ready for a night out with ease and at a good price! Thank you for the hospitality!

The best place to stay in Vegas! Fully self contained apartment with everything you could need. So spacious with two bathrooms. The main bathroom is massive! Fitted out with high end furniture and fittings. So much better than staying in a small hotel room. Great balcony with a view overlooking the pool! Loved that we could use all the facilities in the MGM Grand without having to pay the huge costs of daily resort fees and car parking! This apartment comes with free valet service which was great! Finally Nat is the best host. Responds quickly to all messages and is available and thoughtful to make sure you have the best possible stay. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend Nat’s apartment to anyone who is after great value and space in the heart of Vegas!

This place is an amazing value for the money. heck, you'd probably spend more just parking than what you spend for a great 1 bedroom condo with an actual balcony you can sit on. The master bath is bigger than my living room at home. The bathtub is big enough to take a swim in. It is a great refuge after all the Vegas strip has to offer.

My stay at Nat’s exceeded expectations. We had 7 people and it was a perfect amount of space, including ample bathroom/getting ready space as well. It was sparkling clean and had a great view as well. Highly recommend.

Perfect location! My group stayed first weekend in November and the weather was still warm enoughto take advantage of the pools! We enjoyed the lazy river on Saturday, but it closed for the season the next day. But there's still a couple pools and hot tubs open. Easy & safe access to all the available shops, amenities, food, & gambling MGM has to offer! Best of all easy access to the strip and one of the trams is connected to MGM. 100/100 would stay here again

Nat was very responsive through the booking and our stay. Check-in/check-out instructions were provided in time, and were easy to follow. (There is a hold placed on your credit card at check-in, but I didn't find it inconvenient and the hold .) The place is well-equipped, and the sofa-bed is, indeed, very comfortable. My kid loved the views of airport, and my parents enjoyed the sunrise views across the airport. It was convenient to get rideshares to/from the location. We look forward to visiting the place in summer, and enjoy the pools.

This is a great condo a few mins from MGM and very close to the strip. It has a great view of the airport from the balcony. The rooms easily accommodated 4 of us. The bathroom with the jacuzzi is as big as a dedicated room itself. The kitchen has all amenities that you would want to cook on your own. Check-in was very easy from the front-desk of the building. Nat was very responsive with communication throughout the stay. I would love to stay here again whenever I am back to Vegas

Just perfect!!! The place is conveniently located right off the strip with all the shops and casinos near by. The apt is spacious, with a full kitchen and an amazing view from the balcony. Amazing find! Great for family or multiple people? or just 1 or 2 wanting a bigger space , & looking for a quiet place to recharge from the fun of Vegas. Was able to cook a few meals ( you do have to request kitchen set of pans , plates etc) due to Covid and saving water if I understand right. Grocery store is a 10 min drive of u can order groceries. In addition, DoorDash (food delivery) can be delivered. Also, only the pool at the building is open due to Covid. Valet parking was so convenient and easy! Note that the hotel deposits are higher in Vegas and you do have to have a Cc on file. Highly recommended! I would go back.

This spot is directly connected to the MGM and is a easy enough walk to the Strip. Nat is very quick to respond and checkin/checkout was a breeze. The room location makes for a great view of Vegas and is beautiful to see at night. Would definitely stay here again on my next Vegas trip!

Best Stay in LV I loved staying here for the first time. The room was very clean and staff was amazing. I like the extension from the signature to the grand mgm and we could do anything we wanted from our hotel. I will definitely be returning.

Great location and very clean! Ideal for no more than 4 people. During my stay, 3 of us slept in the King bed and one slept on the sofa bed. We only found one set of bedding so using one of the single beds wasn’t an option but not a big deal since there was only 4 of us. All kinds of restaurants and casinos interconnected with the building. Overall amazing place!

Great value for the location. Easy access to the MGM gaming floor. The jacuzzi tub was very therapudic consisting all the walking you do while in Vegas. Nat was very responsive. I would stay here on any of my next trips to Vegas. The valets and bell person were very friendly and very helpful. Make sure to tip them well

Loved the place. Amazing views. The condo was luxurious. 2 bathroom and one bathroom was hugee. Amazing balcony. 100% worth the money. The host made sure everything was okay. He was in contact the whole stay. Would stay here again for sure!! Only thing we had inconvenience with was they close the valet parking at night. So you’ll have to park at mgm and walk 10 minutes to the condo.

This spot is the perfect location. It’s a short walk from the strip and short drive to outstanding hiking. I loved this Airbnb because it has a full kitchen and balcony. We enjoyed cooking meals to save money and enjoying the evenings after the strip on the balcony. We will return!

This unit was perfect for our family of 3. Having the extra bathroom really gave us the freedom of a larger unit. Nat was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. I would recommend this for a small family. Thanks again Nat!

Great location and balcony views (overlooking MGM pools). Feels like your own condo. Host is very quick with communication and good about checking in on you while you are there. Although a lot of the messaging seemed to be automated or template format, the instructions were extremely clear. We didn't have any issues during our stay. The unit was very spacious for just the two of us with a private king master suite. There is also a second full guest bathroom, which is really nice if you have guests staying in the living room area. Very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located and easy to get around with designated Uber/Lyft pick up area. Seems like the valet fills up pretty quickly, so they were directing us to park at MGM self-park and provided a shuttle to and from the parking structure. Although check in is a bit later in the afternoon, we were still able to access the pools while waiting for the room to be ready and left our bags with the very kind bellhop in the lobby. We only stayed for one night, but would love to come back and utilize the kitchen, living area, jacuzzi bathtub, and enjoy that balcony some more. Thank you for your hospitality!

Room was great and the location was perfect! Being right on the strip, directly across from top golf and connected to the rest of the MGM property was awesome! Nat responded quickly to any questions we had and the booking and check-in/check-out process was super easy. Definitely recommend staying here!

Nat’s condo was beautiful it was extremely spacious with a separate bedroom and living area, it is also a corner room which makes for some spectacular views with floor to ceiling windows and a balcony that overlooks the MGM pool area. You will also have access to the MGM pool and lazy river which is a huge plus, complimentary valet is a huge plus, the beds were so comfortable which is really important to me, we had no issue sleeping, and a big plus was the 2 full bathrooms, what are you waiting for you won’t find a better deal in Vegas, book now!

Our family had a great time at this location. Nat provided correct information on every aspect. From arriving to departing. The MGM pools and lazy river were available to our family which was a plus for our kids. highly recommend Nat's place and we will be definitely be back.

It was a great stay and our host Nat has been an amazing. He would respond to our questions in less than an hour and periodically checked in with us if we needed anything. The location of the hotel/room was the biggest plus point for us as it was 2-5 mins walk to Wet Republic and a quick walk to the main strip. We’d definitely stay here if we were to visit again.

This was absolutely a great value for the money. The host messages alot which is an airbnb first for me, but they were nice. Some things around the place need fixing like knobs and a leaking handle in the tub but otherwise a very clean representation. Theres also no silverware or glassware in the entire place so if that is something you need be sure to tell the front desk immediately or later on youll realize when you need them. The view was nice and overall i will be staying here again! Thank you

Nat’s place was great. I didn’t really know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The Signature is connected to the MGM Grand so you don’t even need to walk outside which was really nice. Nat was very attentive with any questions we had and was very helpful during our stay. It had two bathrooms, One of which was huge and with 5 people this was the best feature. If you are looking to stay near the airport or on that side of the strip this is a great place and I highly recommend it. Even if you don’t, there are plenty of ride shares that can take you anywhere.

Nat’s place was great! It’s on the “residential” side of the MGM so quieter and no casino traffic, but access to all of the MGM amenities and easy walk to the strip. The listing is accurate that deploying all cots would be a tad crowded, but it was perfect for us with the couch and a cot. Would definitely stay here again!

Nat is a Rock Star! We had some surprises but his professionalism, communication, and staying in touch made everything ok. This property is gorgeous - the room(s) and beautifully decorated and he is completely accommodating. I cannot recommend him enough. I will definitely be back.

This place is amazing- absolutely what I expected based on the photos. If you are considering this spot- book it! Amazing city view from balcony. We like the room it was clean and secured. I would absolutely stay here again. This host was a great host- very responsive and available to answer questions.
