This private luxury residential tower condo is connected to the world's largest Resort-Casino complex by 5 minute stroll in climate-controlled indoor moving walkways. They take you to the heart of the Resort-Casino, Grand Garden Arena and restaurant district without ever going outdoors. Tube down their signature lazy river, enjoy the 4 pool complex + 3 other pools behind your building. The complex has 7,043 rooms and 38 eating/drinking venues. That's a dream resort vacation!

The space

950 square feet 1 Bedroom/2 Bathroom with floor-to-high ceiling glass that draws you into the vibrant Las Vegas skyline. Easily sleeps 2 people in a King-sized bed, 2 more in a Queen-sized pullout couch (which is firm and supportive for a pullout), plus 3 more on 3 separate single size foldaway beds.

I had an great stay. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It is exactly as advertised. Great views of the mountains with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Most importantly, the host Nat and his assistant were very responsive to all my needs. They provided excellent communication with a real aim to please. I highly recommend this listing!

Amazing! We will defiantly be returning to stay in this fabulous apartment! The views were stunning. The view isn't over the strip, which to be fare when you are out at night you need a break from all the bright lights. The view is over the Resorts pools, airport and you can even see the hills in the back ground. The size of the apartment is large and the bathroom is very generous in size. We just loved every minute. Thank-you for having us!

Nat is an outstanding host! The penthouse had an amazing view. It was very clean and perfectly located on the strip. This was my very first trip to Vegas and I plan to return and I’ll be looking to stay in this same exact location!

Even though the space was advertised as a "penthouse" (which Las Vegas has many of), Nat's space is actually a gorgeous corner penthouse on the top floor. Beautiful space with wonderful views from the private balcony. Great amenities. Short walk to the heart of the strip. Nat was also a very attentive host. Would recommend to anyone for a trip to Las Vegas.

The unit was flawless...everything worked and everything was very clean. Great, modern corner unit with spectacular views over the airport and into the mountains. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom spacious. The tower also is connected to the back of the MGM where all of the restaurants are, so very convenient in that respect. First time we used AirBnB for a Vegas trip and it was a great decision. Property was exactly as described and was perfect for our group of four. Top floor with a balcony overlooking the pools, comfy beds, and room to spare! Definitely would recommend this property!

This room was amazing! Didnt even realize we had the top floor of the signature till we arrived and the view made the room all the more worth it. Very nice hosts that helped me and my gf out when we left our keys in the room. Check in and check out were painless and I highly recommend giving this room a shot. This place was amazing! Spacious, great location and unbelievable view. I comfortably slept 4 adults, and the 2 full bathrooms and nice kitchen made the stay fantastic.

It's a quick walk to all that MGM has to offer and a fabulous location if you're like me, spending days at a convention at Mandalay, and want something a little more home like to come back to. Plus you can make your own coffee in the morning! Nat was super attentive and I can see why she's a super host. Perfect experience. Will definitely stay again!

This place is AMAZING! The views from the balcony are incredible, the beds were comfy, and everything was clean. The hotel amenities were also great, especially the lazy river. It took us 3 min to get from the room to the main MGM and we never had to leave the air conditioning. Was great and would highly recommend.

This condo was perfect for 6 girls. There was plenty of linens, towels and toilet paper for us. The girls who slept on the cots even said they were comfortable. We loved that this condo was in tower 1, as it’s the shortest walk of the towers to the MGM. Nat was so quick to respond to a message I sent him upon arrival. We have stayed in the signature several times and this unit was the best!

You do want to stay here when in Vegas; stunning place with unbelievable views of the city , especially at night. Nat is a super communicator leaving nothing to chance and super fast with his answers. The instructions were fabulous and the place much better than expected. You are at the top of the world and yet close to all the action. We stayed for two nights, ate our breakfast at the apartment and of course walked up and down the Strip ( not a gambler ). Valet parking was great too and the staff at the Signature were super friendly and efficient.

I stay at MGM often, but normally just in comp rooms over at the casino. However I needed another room with a larger group this trip, so I checked AirBnb for Vegas lodging for the first time. I'm glad I did! This is an awesome condo at MGM (especially if seeing something at the arena). Four adult men fit comfortably. Having a kitchen rocks. Master bed and bath are incredible, and I love the mountain views in the daytime. A balcony on the strip is jackpot in itself. All in all, this is a great value (w/ built in resort fee). I will be back for sure.

Nat is a very gracious host. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Quick responses to any and all questions we had, as well as tips for making us feel right at home set Nat apart from other hosts. Nat also gave very clear and precise instructions for checking in and out of the room. Would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. His Upper Penthouse at the MGM Signature is absolutely stunning. The room itself was on the upper floor of tower 1 and included everything you’d expect! The room consisted of a full kitchen (fridge, stove/oven, sink, etc.) as well as appliances and dishware. Adjoining the kitchen is the living area which included a 4 person dinning table, a couch with queen sized pull-out bed, tv and a few smaller tables and lounge chairs. This is a one bedroom penthouse so the bedroom was fitted with a king sized bed (very comfy), plenty of storage space (closets, dressers and nightstands), a tv and quality lighting. The penthouse consists of two bathrooms. The first bathroom is in the living area which included a shower, toilet, and vanity with a sink. The second bathroom, however, was connected to the bedroom and was absolutely stunning. This bathroom included two oversized vanities, a large walk-in shower, a separate toilet area and a whirlpool spa tub! The restrooms were also equipped with all the necessary amenities (hair dryer, soaps, towels, iron, etc.). There were also two separate thermostats, one controlling the living room environment and the other controlling the bedroom environment. Oh and of course, I cannot forgot about the fully accessible balcony which overlooks the MGM pool complex and boasts stunning views of the Las Vegas skyline! Overall Nat’s Upper Penthouse at the MGM Signature was extremely modern, very tidy and completely beautiful. I will most definitely stay here again the next time I visit Las Vegas. Thank you Nat!!

The beds were comfy, there are plenty of pillows and blankets, a fully equipped kitchen. It was so clean and fresh. Having the two bathrooms and showers was very nice. We took advantage of the valet parking which our car was always provided without much of a wait. There is s nice jetted tub in the bathroom. The view from the balcony is beautiful. I hope the next time we visit Vegas Nat’s place is available.

We usually stay at this hotel when we visit Vegas, but the rate here was cheaper than they were offering through the hotel’s website, so that was a big plus. There is a Starbucks within the lobby of the hotel. Nat was extremely pleasant and available when/if you needed anything. Made sure you were extremely informed during your stay. Will definitely be a return guest.

Nat was a great host! Nat connected via email and offered instructions and hospitality allowing us to know he was available if we needed anything. Check in was easy. The grand entry to the hotel smells amazing, we were then greeted by smiles and professional service. The apt was very clean, well appointed and had an amazing view with balcony access. We were 2 guest, the bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. We noticed extra pullouts stored for additional guests. The space is generous so I could really see it working if you have extra guests. The 2 bathrooms were great to have and the Roman tub was awesome. We had a great stay at Nat’s place and would stay there again the next time we are in Las Vegas.

My teenage son and I arrived in Las Vegas for a sports function and the property was perfect because it was very close to the MGM, restaurants, the great pool complex, and especially Top Golf. All parking is handled by very friendly valet parking staff who greet you with “welcome home“ every time you pull in. The ease of in and out and parking was a great surprise. The room was very nice. My son slept on the pull out sofa which he found comfortable. The master bed was also very comfortable. The corner bedroom has two windows one facing east and the other facing south. This provided great views of sunrise and a natural way to awake but blackout curtains are present if you’d d like to sleep late. The kitchen has a subzero fridge, oven, dishwasher. We only used the fridge to hold the case of water bottles we bought at a nearby store. The master bathroom is huge with two vanities and large whirlpool tub. If you like long hot showers- jackpot- water gets hot fast! Towel quantity was okay for us. Overall this is a good location to be close to the action but able to get in and out very conveniently. The pools are great with both a quiet pool in your building or the large pool complex with its many bars and music just a 5 minute walk. If you like golf the Top Golf facility is also connected and a 5 minute walk. We will book again.

Nat's place is a corner penthouse apartment on the top floor of the MGM Signature towers located just off the strip. May’s place was a great spot to spend a couple nights in Vegas. The views from the penthouse are cool and the place was clean. It’s probably ideal for a couple or two as it’s just a 1-bedroom, but we had six adults and we were able to fit just fine with the pull-out couch and cots provided.

This was our first time booking with Airbnb, and after reading over hundreds of reviews etc, and since we have stayed at the Signature before, we chose Nat's Condo. Check in at the front desk was seamless. Excellent location, Tower 1 . Nat's Condo is a corner unit on the 38th Fl with great views , which was a huge plus for us. Would definitely stay again when we return!!!! We would recommend Nat to anyone booking through Airbnb. Thanks Nat!

Great place !! I’ve read all the review on how perfect the place was but I didn’t think I expected it. Room was big and spacious. Two bathrooms a living room area and great view. It was a luxurious apartment indeed. On the elevators everybody was so shock that I was going up to penthouse level and they would ask how was it I would say great. Location was great I didn’t get any Uber’s me and my boyfriend walked to the strip because it was so close to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again no hesitation great price and beautiful place.

What a great place to stay! The views are phenomenal and Nat was a super host - she responded almost immediately during the entire booking experience and during our stay. The condo is spacious and was a great for our family of five! Walk to MGM was a little longer than we thought, but moving sidewalk made it very manageable. Kids loved hanging by the pool!

We own an Airbnb in Colorado, so we love to stay in other places when we travel. This one exceeded our expectations! The price, view and place was fantastic! The owners response and communication was exceptional (I've already decided I need to step mine up a notch after this!). If we ever come back, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here. This is close t the strip. The blackout curtains were perfect for our teenage daughters sleeping in until noon! The lazy river and pools were fabulous. The bathroom was bigger than some of our international hotels :) GREAT STAY!

Nat is a great host. I wish the balcony of the room faced the strip, but it was still absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this spot, we all had a great time and it is not far from the action on the strip.

This place is amazing!!! The views from the penthouse are awesome. We were treated like royalty from the minute I, and my guests, arrived at the resort’s gated/guard entrance. Nat kept in touch the entire time we were at his place, and the entire staff at the resort go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. I highly recommend this place!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this little chunk of heaven up in the Vegas clouds. Very clean and updated space. The outside balcony had an absolutely stellar view, and Nat was such a gracious host. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

The place is spacious and 5-10 walk from Strip with a nice view and great location with all amenities and swift check in. Definitely it’ll be my first choice next time visiting Las Vegas.

Great location to the strip and accommodations were exactly what we needed. Two bathrooms were key for our group. The washer/dryer wasn't working in unit but Nat was very responsive and brought a key card for the building laundry to our room.

Never had better communication with any host. Fun to enter the elevator and press the button for the top floor. Perfectly located, with a short walk to the strip (and Eataly!). Unit had everything we could have needed. Five stars all the way, and will definitely look to stay here my next time in town!

The location was great you can walk to MGM Grand witch have everything you need and if you feel lazy there’s Starbucks by the lobby grab a coffee and enjoy the view on the balcony. Also do here snacks/drinks bar down the hall way going to different towers easy to grab just a bottle water if needed. The place was very good for 4 people. Good thing 1 of my family member didn’t come or 5 people would be a bit too clouded, but the master bathroom was huge almost the same size as the bedroom (I love it). I like that the unit provide a lot of pillows, plenty of blanket and just enough extra towels. The washer/dryer is in the unit however it was out of order but there’s a free laundry room by the lobby area so that was not a big deal. The kitchen is clean except there was used sponge witch I don’t think it’s a good hygiene, kitchen need bigger bowls for soup and bigger trash can. Overall it was a great place to stay and I will come back.
