The excitement at this resort is unmatched with an amazing view of the famous Las Vegas Strip, plus an indoor fireplace in the apartment and another at the pool below. The moving walkway takes 2 minutes to get to the hippest casino-hotels in Vegas. Many celebrities like Floyd Mayweather and Nicholas Cage live and own in this building. The space
The 1 bedroom apartment measures 1200 square feet. This spacious 1 Bedroom Suite comes equipped with modern stainless steel is equipped kitchenette, small refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, balcony, marble bathroom with walk-in shower and a full-size bathtub. Separate sliding doors section off the bedroom from the living room/eat-in-kitchen area and 1.5 bathrooms. 1 big room sleeping at least 2 people comfortably on the California King-sized bed, 2 more people on the double-sized pull-out sofabed, 1 shorter adult on the sofabed's attached L shaped side section/chaise, 2 more on the 2 separate single size foldout ottoman beds, and 2 more on the 2 separate foldaway single sized beds.Guest access
All amenities of this residential building and adjoining casino-hotel are included, the same as if you were guests of the hotel for all 3 pools (2 at the Casino-Hotel and 1 at your Residence-Hotel), all 3 hot tubs (2 at the Casino-Hotel and 1 at your Residence-Hotel), both gyms and complimentary access to the DayClub & Nightclub for you and a guest by showing your room key at the front of the line before 12:00AM. The separate on-property private spas charge additional nominal daily access fee(s) for their spa services if you choose to use them.Interaction with guests
Text (if international, use WhatsApp) me with any issues and I'll take care of it personally or immediately send someone to. You will not see me, other than at check-in. If you need anything, do Not bother the front desk. Text and call the number sent in your official Airbnb website message thread inbox, and someone will be sent immediately to take care of the issue. If there is a problem, tell us about it immediately. You cannot reasonably hold us responsible for something you did not at least ask us to correct. Thank you.Other things to note
Unfortunately, due to the design of the wifi network and building restrictions, only one device can be on the Wi-Fi during your stay. The connection is fast enough for email and still photos but not video. Do not charge anything to the room. Anything charged to the room will be passed on to you through Airbnb plus a $40 service fee/item.If you have any issues, contact me directly first. Give me an opportunity to correct any issues first, please. Thank you.

Nat was very good at communicating, and was prompt when meeting us to show us the place. The apartment itself is immaculate!!! It is very close to the Las Vegas highlights. I would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely gorgeous unit!! This unit has two balconies both with beautiful views. Nat and Portia were excellent hosts. I would 100% recommend staying here!!

I came her to have a productive work week remotely. The space was wonderful and had every thing that I needed. Communication was awesome. ZERO complaints. This met all of my needs and I had a wonderful week. Will use Nat again!!!

We loved staying at Nats! The condo was amazing and the views are amazing. The location was great and the pool was very relaxing. Communication with Nat was outstanding and he went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated.

the place is just 5 min drive to the strip and has amazong view of the vegas at night . the amenities are pretty good enough . i would definitely stay there again .
the place is just 5 min drive to the strip and has amazong view of the vegas at night . the amenities are pretty good enough . i would definitely stay there again .

Responded to emails and phone calls right away. Location was everything. Easy check in and out. Went out his way to return items we left. Would stay again.

Amazing place with amazing view. One bedroom and one couch for others. Some smaller 'couch' will also turn into beds. Very clean and gives access to hotel amenities.

Amazing place right in the heart of Las Vegas. Loved the view and location. Very clean and Nat and Peter were amazing host. Very easy check-in and was available up request or if I needed anything. Will definitely book again.

The place fit out 6-person group comfortably. The hosts respond quickly and are very friendly. We were positively surprised of this place and would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay! Right off the Vegas Strip with plenty to keep us busy! Communication was great with host during stay. They answered any questions right away with quick and helpful responses. Would highly recommend this place.
