One of three sleek buildings in this multi resort complex, an $11 billion mega development located on The Strip in the heart of Las Vegas. It's a modern, upscale resort with impressive rooms (they're all suites), a lobby bar, and a signature pool. This building is also non-gaming which provides a quiet and non-smoking atmosphere.

The space

Whether you are looking to entertain or just spread out, the suite offers 811 square feet of space for you to enjoy. With impressive views, a separate entertaining area complete with living room, dining area and an additional powder room as well as a kitchenette, this accommodation is just the right amount of business and pleasure.

Guest access

All amenities of this residential building included, the same as if you were guests of the hotel for pool, hot tubs, and gym.
The separate on-property private spas charge additional nominal daily access fees and for their spa services if you want to also use them.

Interaction with guests

You will not see me, other than at check-in. If you need anything, do Not bother the front desk. Text and call the number sent in your official Airbnb website message thread inbox, and someone will be sent immediately to take care of the issue. If there is a problem, tell us about it immediately. You cannot reasonably hold us responsible for something you did not at least ask us to correct. Thank you.

Other things to note

There is an icemaker, 2 burner glass stovetop, and microwave oven, but no conventional/convection oven.
Amenities availability and reduction are weather, government, health, building, safety, occupancy and fire codes, statutes, rules, orders, bylaws and laws permitting.

Enjoy yourselves and have fun, but please be considerate of others in the building.

Report any issues to the host first and immediately in writing by text and give us an opportunity to resolve it first. You can't reasonably hold us responsible for something that you did not inform us of and give us a chance to correct. If you have any questions, comments or concerns during your stay, text and call Host immediately and repeatedly 24 hours/day.

If you or a family member have ever been or are working in lodging, a Host or in the process of creating a listing, you're not allowed to book this.

Do Not charge anything to the room. Each charge to the room is a rule violation. Each unpaid room charge is also another separate rule violation.

You are required to have already fully read, understand, and agree to all listing details and messages sent to you, and affirmatively confirm such. If you can not read English well, you are required to get it translated. If at any point it seems like you did not read, understand or remember any part of that or have an inaccurate expectation, host reserves the right to cancel.

If you have a conversation with any member of the security department, regardless who starts it, you will be subject to the penalties below. Security Officers do not initiate conversation with people for no reason.

You are responsible: to inform all your guests of all rules, instructions and messages, and for their behavior the same as if you had done it yourself.

Your profile must contain the following pieces of accurate Verified information, full first and last name (no initials), government ID, city, state, country, phone number, email address and profile photo must be a headshot of only yourself.

Early check-In or late check-Out is additionally available for $100 in advance. Even 1 minute more may trigger that. Without prior arrangement, after 1 hour, host reserves the right to charge 2 times your average nightly rate.

Any of these violations, including non-responsiveness, will incur $100 charge per violation, cancellation by guest (even if reservation has already begun), physical removal and/or forfeiture of total reservation amount.

Guest agrees host has 60 days from reservation end to charge for violations and damages. Thank you.

Wonderful stay at this property. Location was fantastic and the host Nat was amazing to deal with - nothing was too much trouble. He met me at 11.30pm for check in and was consistently available for any questions I had. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A really minor mix up with cleaning couldn’t begin to mess with the high quality aibnb Nat is running here... amazing pool, gorgeous views, A+ location. Simply the best.

Nats place was immaculate and the customer service was amazing. Plus the location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything, but a more relaxed area for when you need a break from the craziness and partying. I will definitely be staying with Nat again, him being our host made our trip so much easier and convenient.

Great stay at Nat’s place! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the best value in Vegas. The space was beautiful and spotless. Nat was super accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and space for our time in Vegas. Would for sure stay here again when we’re back in town!

Should you get the opportunity to stay here; you're in luck. Yes it's less than any of the hotels on the Strip and you get your own kitchen and W/D. Food is close and walkability is about 100%. The soaking tub was just the perfect touch should one have spent all their time walking the Strip; that was my favorite. Will absolutely come back and refer as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Nats place @ the Vdara in Las Vegas. The apartment is on the 6th floor & overlooks the pool. There's a small kitchen that is fully equipped & laundry facilities within the apartment which is great! Beautiful bathroom & comfiest bed I've slept in! We love staying within this complex as it's non gaming & walking distance to the strip & surrounds. We had no complaints & throughly enjoyed our stay & wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nat to others or book again in the future.

Wow! If you have been spending loads of time trying to figure out your Vegas stay just choose Nat's private place at the Vdara. Even though you are not a Vdara guest Nat has ensured there are plenty of towels, sheets and linens! Even so, there is a washer and dryer for any other needs! Save big on resort fees! I shopped quite a few accommodations and other mid-price point hotels, they were all about double the amount for my stay and not nearly as luxurious. Vdara is top notch. Great location, close to the Miracle Mile Shops and Shops at Crystals. Bridges to the Bellagio and sits opposite of the Aria. If you would rather not pay the $30 valet parking, pull into the Cosmopolitan Entrance off of Harmon Street. Whichever level you park on, park near the Chelsea Tower Elevators. Take a elevator up to the lobby where you will find the check in counters dead ahead and the glass entrances to your left. If you go out the glass entrances and hang a left, you can cross some lanes to come out on Harmon Street. Take a right all the way down to the Elevator by the fire department or use the stairs. This will take you up to Harmon Circle and the Vdara on your right. $10 parking a day and about a 4-7 minute walk from hotel to parking. The Vdara is very clean and smells wonderful, very refreshing after you have been out in other hotels, the strip and fremont through out the day. I have found my semi-annual work abode!

Second time at Nats LV vdara location and again I had a great time! The location and size of this one bedroom suite is a 10/10. His place is spakiling clean and super modern. Check in and check out is very simple. Great hospitality. Will be back soon.

Nat was an incredible host. The check in process was smooth. The suite was classy and clean. Our view was incredible. The hotel was quiet - we never heard anyone in the hall. The shower is awesome. He continued to check on us - even until we made it all the way home! Stellar place and host.

Communication was very clear and complete, and response times were incredibly fast. The condo was clean, modern, well furnished, very well located, and a good value for a 5 star property. Everything was as described. Stay was comfortable and space was clean. Check in was slightly bumpy but was resolved promptly. FYI - if you're getting an Uber you need to type in VDARA as the address. Do not type in City Center. It will take you do the wrong place. This is VDARA. It's not hotel but basically the same thing.

Nat’s place was just as described in his posting- beautiful and sparkling clean. At the epicenter of the Las Vegas strip, its location is unrivaled and made getting to our destinations very easy. Lastly, Nat was in constant communication making sure that our check-in went as smooth as possible. I would definitely stay here again.

Vdara is a great place in general if you want to avoid smelling like cigarettes or listening to all night parties so that was a plus. Additionally, the room has a gorgeous wrap around view that didn't sacrifice privacy. It's on the corner of the building so it definitely had that penthouse feel to it.

Nat's place was just as described, spacious and well located. The suite is located at the Vdara, which is great because it was quiet, clean, and smoke-free. The Vdara is next to Aria and the Cosmopolitan, and it is very easy to get to the strip. Nat was very accommodating and responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Vegas.

My family and I stayed at Nat’s place for over a week and we love the location and the spacious area inside the room. The room is clean and well equipped with the essentials. Minor issue was that the room wasn’t cleaned up when we checked-in. Probably a pre-check procedure was missing to ensure the room is ready for the next traveler. But Nat’s quick response and action made it up. Housekeeping was sent immediately and room was ready within the hour. Will definitely return to Nat’s place next time in Vegas.

It was amazing room in the center of Las Vegas. The room was so clean, huge, and cheap if you compare to the hotels around there. You can save your money, while experiencing a much better room and moment there than any other hotels. The room is lactated in the Vdara hotel, which is connected to the Bellagio hotel with just 3-4 min walk, which is very convenient to reach out to the any places in Vegas. Also whenever you text to the host, you will get response immediately. Definitely I will stay there again for the next time!

We had a great time at Nat’s condo. We wanted to avoid the smoky bustle of a casino but still want the option of going there. It’s a corner unit and has a pretty good view of the Vdara pool. Has a full kitchen, full-size fridge and freezer, electric kettle and even a washer/dryer. Depending on why you’re in Vegas these can be very useful. We used the washer and dryer a lot. Had a full complement of flatware and utensils and even some pots for light cooking. Completely connected to the Park MGM, Aria, Crystal shops and the Bellagio via the team. It’s also a 5 minute walk to the Cosmopolitan, a food heaven. Since the Cosmopolitan isn’t an MGM property, they aren’t directly connected (or even acknowledge each other’s existence) despite being right next to each other. Just go out the lobby to the left, take the stairs/elevator to the street and walk across the street and into the garage of the Cosmopolitan. Pool access is also great. There is towels, service (drinks) and pretty good food too. We went in early May and it was about half full at peak times. Someone mentioned it was closed for maintenance earlier, it’s back in service now. Food-wise, the Vdara has a small cafe which borrows food from the Aria Patisserie. There’s also a Starbucks but you’ll most likely be going to other places for your meals. The Aria is closest but the southern parts of the Bellagio are close as well. The place is quiet although some nights you can hear faint music to remind you it is in fact Vegas. Our Uber driver got confused getting to the Vdara as well because the ride share pickups for the adjacent Aria are on the lower level. You May have to call and clarify. All in all we look forward to staying at Nat’s place again!

We enjoyed the pool and not having to traverse a smokey casino. Location was great! Blackout shades much appreciated! Music does start to play poolside relatively early (8/9am ish) which you can hear in the room, but white noise playing on the phone drowned it out well.

Very sleek and modern one bedroom condo on 6th floor at Vdara. The condo is very clean. It’s private and quiet. Very safe. You have to use your key card to get to your floor in elevator. I actually ordered Amazon groceries for few days. Good security here - had to go down and meet the driver since I broke protocol thinking would be brought up LOL. These are secured private residences! I stayed here during a conference at MGM. I wish could have stay longer and enjoy the amenities more. Would definitely stay here again. Small convenient lobby with Starbucks (you don’t have to walk far through the place to leave or go somewhere). Uber pickup right outside. Highly recommend.

Nat's place is the perfect location for both relaxation and activities. Located just 150ft from the Arias north entrance and a quarter of a mile from the Cosmopolitan hotel, you have access to countless restaurants and even shopping. Since the place does not have a casino in the lobby, you are met with fresh air upon entering which is a huge plus if you are staying with kids. You can also ride the Aria express if you choose, right from the hotel lobby. This is super convenient and will take you to the Aria and the Crystals mall. There are a variety of restaurants, including a Starbucks in the lobby of the building. Transportation up and down the strip is a breeze since Uber and Lyft are always within a 5 minute radius (we did not have to wait longer than 3 minutes). The room is fantastic!! Complete with a full kitchen, full size fridge, cooktop, dining area, living room, and one and a half baths! The master bath actually over looks the pool and the aria hotel which is amazing at night. We had absolutely no issues in the room, hot water for showers, 2 sinks in the master bath, ice cold air condition, and the beds slept extremely well. Nat communicated with us extremely well and the check in/out process was seamless. We look forward to booking this beauty again when we find ourselves back in Las Vegas.

Perfect location. So much more comfortable to have extra space for us 4 friends, than a regular hotel room. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! Loved the view of the pool as we scouted out chairs from the room. Aria is a very short walk (75 yds away, via sidewalk) for anyone wanting to gamble, with the comfort of staying in a non-casino hotel. Marketplace and Starbucks at the property was a plus too. Bellagio was a quick walk away too, via indoor sky bridge.

Given the recent tragic events, I was a bit weary about going through with my trip. I am glad I ended up visiting Las Vegas and most of all staying at Nat’s place. I dare anyone to try and find such rich amenities at the price afforded by Nat. The room was beautiful, clean and in an excellent location. While the check in process was a bit cryptic, everything went smoothly and communication was top notch from Nat. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a prime location to stay while they visit Sin City. I look forward to my next stay.

The unit is as advertised. My feedback is similar to other reviews. The value you pay for the unit is great considering what you would pay for similar hotels in the area. I would consider staying again at this unit. Communication with Nat and his team is great. Great location and the size of the suite is fantastic.

Great stay in a perfect location if you want to be on the strip and not have to deal with the smoke of the casinos. Condo was clean and comfortable and the black-out shades were great to take an afternoon nap. We made use of the pool and the gym and both were outstanding. There was a full kitchen and a pull out bed, which we didn't use on this stay, but nice to have of you need it. Communication was a bit "cryptic" at times, but we were able to get checked in with no issues and had no issues during our stay. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Vegas and will stay again on our next trip.

We decided at the last minute to head to Vegas and made our reservation less than two hours before our arrival. Nevertheless Nate and his helper Kevin arranged for our 8:40 pm checkin. The condo is perfect sized and clean and well equipped. A great experience.

Nat + Vdara = best place to stay in Vegas As a family of 3 we could not have wished for more Nat is an exceptional host. Apartment & complex perfect with great amenities such as gym/sauna/salon & separate sleeping areas Central location but with no on site gambling/smoking means you can take a much earned break from the Strip!

Perfect location on the quiet side of the strip. For the traveler who prefers not to stay with crowds in smoky casino hotels. Walking distance to Aria, Bellagio, the shops at Crystals, numerous restaurants and the tram. The spacious corner unit is modern, clean and comfortable. Views of the pool, Aria and the City Center. You'll have everything you need in this desirable location. Nat and his helper Kevin are great hosts. They are both very responsive, easy to communicate with and accommodating. This is the place to stay in Las Vegas.

Nat was great host, he responds quickly to any questions you have before/during trip. The place looks just like the pictures with a lot of modern touches throughout. It's part of upper scale hotel at Vdara, so you can expect same level of quality.

My girlfriend and I were visiting town recently for a Boyz II Men concert and had an amazing weekend in Nat’s apartment. His place is located at the Vdara, a hotel with no casino but perfect for a non smoker and gambler such as myself. The fresh air and calming environment was a welcomed contrast to the typically loud and smoke filled Vegas setting. It is centrally located on the strip and within walking distance to the Aria, Cosmopolitan, The Shops at Crystals, as well as many eateries and restaurants. It is also a quick Uber ride to your extensive entertainment and nightlife options. The apartment is impeccably clean, modern, stylish, and welcoming. The washer and dryer was a nice added convenience and the soaking tub was perfect after a long day on the town. I am looking forward to staying again at Nat’s place on our next Vegas visit. I stayed at Nat's apartment at the Vdara Hotel for a 12 day stay in Las Vegas in January 2018. I was in town for back-to-back trade shows, and wanted somewhere that was convenient but also offered more comfort and convenience than a hotel room. The apartment filled the bill perfectly. Nat's place is a modern one-bedroom apartment in the Vdara hotel. It features a king bedroom (very comfortable) and a very nice master bath with shower, tub and double sinks. There is a living room with a sofabed (didn't use to sleep), a small breakfast area with 4 chairs, a functional kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle) and an extra half bath. The apartment was very comfortable and I loved the convenience of making coffee in my room each morning, as well as having the ability to have snacks or light meals inside the room without eating on my lap in my bed. One quick trip to a grocery store on my first day had me set for the two week stay! The kitchen is functional, but really just for light meals or snacks. There were very few utensils, but I made do just fine. The location was fantastic - about a block off the strip - which means all the conveniences of the strip were close by, but you're removed enough to not be bothered by noise, traffic, etc. There is a small bar, a "market cafe" and a Starbucks in the Vdara, but it was more than enough for what I was looking for. The Vdara is smoke free and has no casino, which was perfect for me. For a little more action, all you'd need to do is walk across to the Aria or next door to the Cosmopolitan for casinos, bars and restaurants. Pickup by Uber and Lyft was extra convenient - just outside the front door (instead of tucked away in an obscure location like other properties in Las Vegas). I thought the apartment was a perfect way to stay in Las Vegas. Close enough to the action that I didn't feel isolated, but I had all the conveniences I wanted to make the 12 day stay seem a little more like home than a hotel. I can't wait to come back to Nat's place - it will be hard to stay in a hotel in Las Vegas again! 5 Stars all the way!

This is a very nice place to stay in Vegas! The Vdara has no casino so therefor no smoking and I appreciate that very much! The aria casino is a 2 minute walk if that's important to you. The suite is clean and the kind bed is COMFORTABLE. The pull out couch was there to use but we didn't need it. The bathroom is wonderful, shower is clean and has good water pressure. We loved having the extra half bath so we never had to wait for the bathroom when getting ready etc. The unit is extremely quiet and no noise from the hallway.... easy to get a good rest in this place! It is just a short walk to the strip if you are in good health. You go through the Aria hotel to access the strip and there is tons of shopping close by with the Crystal shops and Aria hotel.... overall this is a great place to stay (would be way better if the pool and hot tub had water in them.... off season??) and I highly recommend Nat as a host. Very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. Professional check in with Kevin and he is a super nice person to deal with!! Will stay with Nat again if the opportunity arrises!! Thanks a million! :)

This place was awesome! So happy I booked this for my stay. I go to Vegas at least 2 times a year and this by far was the nicest place with the best access to amenities I have stayed thus far. Will book again for sure.

Nat and Kevin’s unit is amazing! Great views of pool area and Aria hotel. Panoramic views from unit, overall the unit was a lot larger then I expected and loved it. The bathroom is a great feature as well, the soaking tub with views were superb.

This place is so nice to stay in, it makes you feel like you’re at home, it was really clean and well put together, the pool view is nice, the host is friendly and helped us a lot by keeping in touch. I highly recommend it honestly I rarely do any reviews of were I stay but this place definitely deserves one because it was just perfect!

Nat’s place is a beautiful suite located in the middle of the strip. Clear check-in instructions were provided and communication with the host is pleasant and efficient. The only complaint I had was that the room was not cleaned when we arrived at the scheduled check-in time. His assistant was very apologetic, stating that there was a glitch in the computer system and told us that housekeeping was cleaning it right away. It was inconvenient and definitely threw a wrench in the plans for the night (check-in was at 9:20pm and housekeeping wasn’t finished until after 10pm). Other than that issue, the stay was great. I would stay here again.

Nat’s place is a wonderful option if you are looking to stay on the strip but also want a little more comfort than your standard hotel can offer. The kitchen makes it easy to save time/money by making some of your own meals and drinks. The room has a wonderful view of the pool and is significantly larger than a hotel room. You don’t have casino down stairs so it kinda gives you a sense of peace when relaxing while also only being a short walk to the tables at aria and Bellagio. And Nat was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I would absolutely look to stay here again.

Fantastic location. Just off the strip and great views from the bedroom. Considering we were in Las Vegas the room was so quiet we got the best nights sleep. There wasn’t even any noise from other guests coming and going from their rooms. Highly recommend this property to anyone. Nat was a great host, we got access to the property earlier than promised.

Nat was a great host from start to finish. He communicated with us very well and fast he went out of his way to give us great clear instructions and we appreciate that . We had a wonderful stay at his place everything was Beautiful, the room had a great view and the bathroom was incredible with the deep tub. It was a very relaxing environment and the location was right in the middle of all the action on the strip. Hospitality was awesome. I’d highly recommend staying at Nat’s place in the Vdara— especially if you’d like a quieter and relaxing place to stay while simultaneously being within a 5-10 minute walk to the center of the strip (through the Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, or Aria). The AirBnb was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The view is also great and overlooks the pool (which you have access to and has the best nachos). I’ll definitely being staying here again should it be available for my next trip. Thanks Nat!

Nat was a great host! The rates were reasonable, the location was perfect and the room was immaculate. We were even able to check in a little earlier. Nat was very informative with every detail as far as transportation, attractions and parking. We will definitely book with Nat again. Thank you
