This private luxury residential tower condo is connected to the world's largest Resort-Casino complex by 5 minute stroll in climate-controlled indoor moving walkways. They take you to the heart of the Resort-Casino, Grand Garden Arena and restaurant district without ever going outdoors. Tube down their signature lazy river, enjoy the 4 pool complex + 3 other pools behind your building. The complex has 7,043 rooms and 38 eating/drinking venues. That's a dream resort vacation!
The space
950 square feet 1 Bedroom/2 Bathrooms with floor-to-high ceiling glass that draws you into the vibrant Las Vegas skyline. Easily sleeps 2 people in a King-sized bed, 2 more in a Queen-sized pullout couch(which is firm and supportive for a pullout), plus 3 more total on 3 separate single size foldaway beds.Guest access
HD televisions with full device connectivityIntegrated one-touch control of room features, including dimmable lighting, room temperature and more
Workstation with high-speed and wireless Internet connections

Because this is a private condominium and not part of the casino-hotel, if you have any issues, immediately text and call the host directly at the number on the host's profile.Other things to note
Free Valet parking at the building.Upon arrival, front desk takes temporary credit card authorization from you which allows you to open an account for incidentals, such as food, drink, pay per view, phone calls, dayclub/nightclub admission and show tickets you may purchase at any of MGM’s resorts in all of Las Vegas and sign to the room. If you do not sign any additional purchases to the room, you will never even see a charge on your monthly statement when it arrives. The temporary authorization they take is $100/night up to $300 maximum.
When all beds in open position, there's little room to walk around.
Furniture may have been added to or moved into different positions.
Amenities availability and reduction are weather, government, health, building, safety, occupancy and fire codes, statutes, rules, orders, bylaws and laws permitting.

If you have any questions, comments or concerns during your stay, text and call Host immediately and repeatedly 24 hours/day.

Great room for a great price. I did not know this was a corner room so the bedroom has views off of two sides of the building. I have stayed at the Signature before and it is great.

Nat's place was a great place to stay. It had what we needed as a family for our vacation. Quiet and relaxing yet very close to be in the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas life style. We will definitely want to return in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at nats apartment. The space was exactly as listed, a great size for our group of seven and the ensuite bathroom was a pleasant luxury. Nat was a great host - I would definitely recommend staying here!

A great private gated condo that is right off the strip. The MGM Grand with all it has to offer was just a short walk away. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions i had. I would definitely recommend staying here

Great location for the price! This rental has 2 bathrooms and the master bath is as big as the master bedroom! We liked being able to walk to the mgm grand pool but it wasn’t as close as we thought it’d be. Still, it was a great value.
Great location for the price! This rental has 2 bathrooms and the master bath is as big as the master bedroom! We liked being able to walk to the mgm grand pool but it wasn’t as close as we thought it’d be. Still, it was a great value.

The room was great! Awesome location in the Signature and the access to the MGM Grand pool was great. The place was great for 5 guys and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Not many rooms in Vegas have that feature!!

Nat's place was as advertised. Great value and a really nice location that offered easy access to the strip without the noise and bustle that comes with being on the strip. We would certainly stay here again.

Nat’s place was absolutely amazing! The view was incredible. It accommodated 7 people perfectly/comfortably. The master bathroom is HUGE. It even has an awesome tub with jets. I would definitely stay here again.

This place has a amazing balcony view . We loved that it has 2 bathrooms with showers on each bathroom . Check in was so easy . It’s close to the Las Vegas Strip . I will definitely will be coming back to this place .

This is a great place to stay at. It is within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. Also, the host are great and make sure to check up on you during your stay.

Nat’s place was perfect for my stay in Vegas. The location is convenient, there was more than enough space for two people, check in was super easy, and the free parking was a plus! I would definitely stay here again if I am back in Vegas.

This place is a great deal it allows a private full condo just a ( minute indoor walk to MGM. The hottub makes it extra special for a special stay and the host was wonderful always available for anything would definitely book again
