Our stunning 1-bedroom condo is located approximately 6 blocks from the gorgeous Caribbean Sea and the pristine white sandy beaches of Coco Beach, downtown Playa del Carmen, Mexico. It is a condo located on the second floor of a lovely building which includes a large rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a 25-meter pool, a fitness center with a large steam room, an outdoor lounge and dining area, and a small gas BBQ.

The space

The one-bedroom condo is a cozy space. The kitchen has a dishwasher, an electric stovetop, and a medium-sized refrigerator. There is also a toaster oven, a coffee maker, and a blender. The dining area consists of a high top table with four bench-like chairs,

The living room has a large LED TV with an Amazon Firestick and 30 MB WiFi internet. The sofa conveniently turns into a queen-sized bed with a mid-room curtain to pull shut at night for additional privacy, allowing space for an extra adult guest or couple of young children to stay here.

The large master bed features a king bed with premium bedding, including a memory-foam topper for a comfortable night of sleep. On each side of the bed, there are independent reading lights for those who love to enjoy a book before calling it a night. The room also has a built-in desk with bookshelves which provides the perfect spot for you to do some work or to check emails.

The bathroom has a nice sized walk-in shower. Each area of the bathroom is well-lit whether you are at the mirror or in the shower.

Beautiful tile flooring is featured throughout the condo along with many lovely wood closets and cabinets. It also includes air conditioning for those extra hot days in Mexico. A shared washer and dryer is available for your use-day or night.

You can feel comfortable and confident staying in our lovely home since the building provides 24-hour concierge/security service. There also is underground parking available for your convenience although the location of this home make a car unnecessary.
