The space
This beautiful apartment is placed in one of the best locations in London, Just a few minute walks from St James's Park station, Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace, the River Thames, London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliament.Guests have a spacious double bedroom with modern furnishings including storage space. The kitchen includes a spacious refrigerator for you to keep your grocery shopping in, Nespresso coffee for the early morning starts, an oven, stove top, and all necessary cooking utensils. We also welcome our guests to use the washing machine and dryer if they wish to use so.
Sleeping arrangements
The apartment sleeps comfortably 4 adults. Two persons can sleep in the bedroom and an up to 2 people in the living room which has a sofa bed and a normal sofa.

- - Important Notes: - Quiet hours are after 8pm. Please, no noise. - I wish to provide 24/7 check-ins. In order to do that I apply a £50 charge for arrival after 7:00 p.m. - For safety reasons and due to past party problems with previous guests I require a photocopy of government issued ID on the check-in; It is used only in the event of damages or party problems when I need to involve local authorities. All photocopies are deleted after check-out. - Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items. For example: cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, new lock if keys lost. - Internet is offered free of charge. Great communication. Very quick and tremendously helpful. Offered tips for luggage and local amenities. Check in/out were a breeze. Very short walk to pimlico and Victoria. nice and quiet in the building
Ivo’s house located near the Westminster Church. A unique view from the balcony was definitely impressive. The apartment is also well designed. I would recommend to my friends if they are planning a trip to London.
The host is very responsive to any questions I may have. The apartment was easy to find and well set up. Everything is as described if not better.
Ivos place was nice and cozy. It was perfect for a quick get away in London. It had everything you needed and very great at responding to messages. Also not to far from a lot of the tourist areas.

Great apartment- Ivo was very helpful and quick to respond, and the flat was very clean, bright, modern and cosy. We had a great time staying there and would definitely repeat the experience!

Ivo saved us from a last-minute Airbnb cancellation by getting back to us super fast, and made every step of the way seamless. This location really can’t be beat, and the space has everything you need.
Ivo communicates very well and is always available, the place was clean as advertised and quite central. However I honestly expected more for the money I am paying.
I had a work trip and booked last minute. Ivo was quick to respond and understanding as my details changed.
Nice clean safe place! In a quiet neighborhood about 10 mins from the public transportation but also you could walk 15 minutes to see all the main spots too. Ivo was super communicative, definitely a nice place.
Close to underground so good location and appropriate for couples but a bit too small for three people.
Recomiendo éste departamento sin dudarlo. Está en excelentes condiciones y la limpieza impecable! Nos recibieron cuando llegamos e Ivo siempre estuvo disponible a cualquier hora. Espacioso, silencioso y muy luminoso! La pasamos genial!
Excellent! Very nice place, very clean and modern. Very close to public transit and close to Regency Cafe, a great breakfast spot. Very quick responses via the Airbnb app. Check in was quick and easy.
