This beautiful apartment is located close to Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Palace of Westminster, Westminster, London Eye, The London Dungeon, Zafferano. You’ll love my place because of the location, the kitchen, and the cosiness. The apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. A short walk to St James's Park and Victoria station.
The space
This beautiful apartment is located in one of the best locations in London, in a short walks from St James's Park station, Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace, the River Thames, London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliament.Guests have a spacious double bedroom with modern furnishings including storage space. The kitchen includes a spacious refrigerator for you to keep your grocery shopping in, Nespresso coffee for the early morning starts, an oven, stove top, and all necessary cooking utensils. We also welcome our guests to use the washing machine and dryer if they wish to use so.
Sleeping arrangements
The apartment sleeps comfortably 4 adults. Two persons can sleep in the bedroom and an up to 2 people in the living room which has a sofa bed and a normal sofa.
Guest access
Upon your arrival you will be hosted by me or a friend. You will have the apartment for yourselves thereafter but if you need any assistance, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.Interaction with guests

- Please read: - Quiet hours are after 8pm. Please, no noise. - I wish to provide 24/7 check-ins. In order to do that I apply a £50 charge for arrival after 7:00 p.m. - For safety reasons and due to past party problems with previous guests I require a photocopy of government issued ID on the check-in; It is used only in the event of damages or party problems when I need to involve local authorities. All photocopies are deleted after check-out. - Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items. For example: cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, new lock if keys lost. - Internet is offered free of charge. In the unlikely event it is not working, or slow connection, I can't offer a refund. Internet speed and availability are out of my control.
