Our 1BR home is located right off Carnaby Street in the heart of Soho. It’s truly in the best location, being walking distance from Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Regent Street shops, center of all the nightlife, Hyde Park, the Theatre District and more! The home is well decorated and there’s lots of space. Also there’s easy access to all of London via the Piccadilly Circus and Oxford Circus tube stations.

The space

Our fantastic apartment is in an unbeatable location that is right off the famous Carnaby Street. In a cute standalone building, it is refurbished with tasteful decor and everything you need for a perfect stay. Feel free to relax or head out to the street where you’ll be in the center of all the action! We are close to everything you could want to do in London including all the shops, pubs, clubs, restaurants, and monuments.

The apartment is comfortable and a great place to relax. The bedroom features a queen sized bed with a lovely mattress. The living room couch folds out into a bed if more space is needed.

Guest access

The apartment sleeps very comfortably 3 adults or a couple with 2 children. Two persons can sleep in the bedroom (queen size bed) and an adult or two children in the living room which has a convertible sofa bed. I also had guests sleeping 2 adults on the convertible sofa.

Interaction with guests

When you arrive you will be hosted by me or a friend of mine. You will have the maisonette for yourselves thereafter but if you need any assistance, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Other things to note

Numerous bars and internationally varied cuisines within 2 mins walk from the flat. Everything you may ever need is within a short distance or a quick train journey.
The prestigious shops of London on Bond, Regent and Oxford Street are a short 4-5 minutes walk away. Covent Garden with it's famous restaurants and bars, Trafalgar Sq and the National Gallery are equally the same distance. Why would you want to look elsewhere?

House Rules

- - Important Notes: - Quiet hours are after 8pm. Please, no noise. - I wish to provide 24/7 check-ins. In order to do that I apply a £50 charge for arrival after 7:00 p.m. - For safety reasons and due to past party problems with previous guests I require a photocopy of government issued ID on the check-in; It is used only in the event of damages or party problems when I need to involve local authorities. All photocopies are deleted after check-out. - Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items. For example: cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, new lock if keys lost. - Internet is offered free of charge. In the unlikely event it is not working, or slow connection, I can't offer a refund. Internet speed and availability are out of my control.

The apartment is as advertised in the photos. It is a cute 2 story apartment, with a great bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The location is situated in the middle of SOHO. The apartment was located above a couple of bars that got very rowdy at night mostly on weekends. So if you don't like noise at night, this is not a place for you. But if you want to be in the center of everything, the location is great.

Staying at Ivan's flat was our first experience using Airbnb and it was wonderful. He was extra accommodating with our check-in, allowing us to check in at 11 a.m. and were welcomed to a clean and well-kept place. It was the perfect home base in Central London, easy to get really anywhere via the tube or walking. Would certainly recommend this place to others!

Ivan was the perfect host! My plane landed around 11pm and he was kind enough to wait for me and left me a salad! The place is so good! exactly like the photos, everything is very well taken care of, very clean and beautiful. The location is perfect if you either want to get to know London, or if you stay for work, which was my case. I definitely recommend this apartment to everyone. I hope I get to repeat this experience.

This location is amazing. The place was PERFECT. The kitchen has everything if you want to whip up your own meals, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is updated. LOCATION!!! Right in the heart of Soho you are literally less than a 5 minute walk from hundreds of pubs, and restaurants, all the shopping you could imagine. The apartment is only a few minute walk (5 minutes) from multiple underground stops with Oxford Circus being the closest. I walked all over and saw all the sites very easily, hoping on and off of different underground stops. I highly recommend this location.

Ivan was a great host. The flat was as described and the combination of it's recent chic modern renovation with the original kept features created a really attractive set up. The basics such as consistent hot water, comfortable bedding, a good selection of kitchen utensils, & a great flat screen TV (with added Amazon Fire!) were also present. The location is also fantastic - Regent street and Oxford Street. Check in and out was also effortless. We would recommended Ivan and his awesome place to others!

This apartment is right in the middle of Soho just off Carnaby Street. You can go shopping (Oxford Street, Soho) in no time, also restaurants and bars are around the corner. The apartment is very nice and exactly like pictured. The communication with Ivan was always very professional and fast. In case you prefer to sleep in a dark room, the bedroom has blinds and you might want to bring a sleep mask. The bed is comfy but kind of short (I am 1.9m (approx 6.1)) but that is not a problem if you travel alone as the bed is wide. Again highly recommended!

I've recently had my first accommodation with Airbnb and my first choice was Ivan. This is my third stay in his property and I would like to say I am more than satisfied. Very good value deals - which showed quite a nice gesture from Ivan. Now for the apartment - it's seconds away from Carnaby Street - very interesting place to be. It's full with different bars, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs - literally everything you'll want. Oxford Street and Regent street (very good for shopping) are also meters away. Superb transport links to practically everywhere in London. Highly recommended

Ivans place is great. Clearly once a quirky old building with crooked floors but it is now super modern and clean with some of the character retained. So much nicer than a bland hotel and the perfect place for 2 to enjoy a day or few in the beating heart of London. Its a bustling area so don't expect peace and quiet until the early hours but if you want to be in the action I can't think of a better place

My wife and I would like to say thank you to Ivan, it was a great trip. This trip was my wife's first trip to London. Before she always spoke of Amsterdam as her favourite place. For the life of me I could not understand why, this trip was my third time in London. With me knowing the area, Ivan's flat was perfect for bring someone to London for their first time. My wife had a blast and like always I had a blast too. My wife and I enjoyed the flat, wife was surprised of how well maintained the flat was and the cleanliness of the entire place to include the bed. I felt the same way but what I really was impressed by was it rained one of the days and we had no umbrella. Shocking to see Ivan even had umbrellas there for you to use. We would definitely return, especially after my wife fell in love with London. Thank you Ivan and hopefully your place will not be booked for our next trip...... Cheers!

Fantastic location with everything you need over the two floors. Great working space if you work remotely like me, beautiful modern bathroom and incredible shower (sometimes an issue in the U.K.) and light filled bedroom. Perfect for a short stay and walking distance to everything you need! Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay in Ivan's loft. It was very clean, Ivan was very attentive and available for any questions, and the loft is in a great location close to many tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping, and tube stations. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

The place was stunning, so central to Soho and easy to get to that it made our trip so much easier! Inside it is stunning and exactly as it is shown on the pictures and we can only recommend it! Only a 10 minute walk from Trafalgar square and many other points of interest it really was the perfect place! Check in and check out were very easy and accommodating and overall was definitely a 5* experience!!

I just want to start off by saying this apartment was amazing. Located in the heart if Soho, walking distance to everything and lots of bars and places to eat within steps of the apartment. The apartment is very modern, clean and really big. From the moment I booked, Ivan was in contact and seeing if there was anything I needed. When I come back to London, I will be coming back here.
